On mobile, when the page that contains the chat plugin loaded, the Website right side space (burger menu) is not clickable and left side space is clickable.

It’s caused by this iframe as the height doesn’t always go to 0 and has a very high z-index – so is always over all the content underneath.

div.fb-customerchat.fb_invisible_flow.fb_iframe_widget span iframe.

somehow plugin is not expecting this behavior and wrongly applies max-height=calc(100% – 80px) to the iframe.

If I click twice on the messenger icon (opens and closes pop-up) it will solve the problem.

This isn’t the same behavior as you close the pop-up because when you do it plugin will apply max-height=0 and height=0 to the iframe.

So, please solve this problem as the plugin should behave the same way as when we close the chat pop-up.

I tried javascript to force the height of the iframe when the pages load but without success because the pop-up rewrite this settings.

Currently this is the best and simple messenger chat plug-in I ever used.
I want to hide chat on multiple pages but show on the others.

I can only choose one page to hide.
Is it the limitation now?

Hi, we have a problem with the plugin displaying properly.

Chat does not show when we are logged-in or when we are in the regular Chrome tab, but if we switch to incognito mode then it works.

The plugin works fine in Edge. I’ve tried inspecting the page and it seems that the div “_95ry” is empty: https://prnt.sc/upspqe

We are on WPEngine, and we are using the WPRocket caching plugin. I’ve tried disabling WPRocket and the problem was still present so it seems that is not the issue.

I’ve noticed that the plugin is maximising on first load asking people to login or continue as guests. Is there a way to prevent it from maximising on initial load and remain small circle icon button?

Hi, I know the chat bubble icon is always visible. However I wanted to enable a link on my contact page that opens the chat bubble ( as if you click on the chat bubble directly ).

This plugin works perfectly, yet I got a problem of it.

My website got a floating checkout cart on the right hand side, and that’s why i would like to change the position of the chat box to the left. However, when i try to select the “chat position” to “in the middle / on the left”, it’s not working.

Inside the settings there is a space to set a greeting message for logged in users and guests. Ive entered one for each but it doesnt display it at anytime. Is there something I am missing?

I have a bilingual website (using Polylang) and I have added the messenger extension. In browser ‘Explorer’ it is working properly but in ‘Chrome’ unfortunately I see the default English greeting message instead of the custom bilingual one I have added in Polylang strings.

I am using a product sync plugin called ‘Facebook for Woocommerce’ as well. When I disable the messenger function in this plugin then the bilingual message appears in Explorer properly but not in Chrome as I tried to explain above.

I have cleared cache and checked it on android phones and PCs but haven’t found a solution.

I’m contacting you because I started using your plugin.. this plugin, for Live chat on my website, and I seem to be having a problem with how the chat loads up on mobile

if you visit https//n1-design.com.hr, on your phone, you’ll see that the chat window is somehow moved to the right, and that the right 5-10px is simply cut off.

Could you help me with some quick php edit to fix this?

I currently use Live Chat (Messenger API) on a Polylang multilingual site, only showing the messenger chat on “Homepage”. However, this means that the messenger chat is only visible when using English language. It disappears when changing the language to Polish or Norwegian.

Is there any way to manually add the messenger chat to more pages, using a short-code?
