We just signed up for wpsmartpay and went through all of the steps to create the payment page, but we are not able to get it to work. Not sure how to proceed. It seems the wpsmartpay account is not linking correctly to our wordpress site and the product we created using wpsmartpay.

I created a digital product (eBook) and copied the short code into the Short Code element for Elementor, but only the buy button shows up.

Any idea why this could be and hopefully offer a solution.

I have been using Paddle for EDD for almost 1 year. But my customer facing an issue with paddle. They are trying to pay but every time message triggers
“Error: Payment link generation failed. Please contact support or try again.”
Also, error showing in the console

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘payment_status’)

I’m losing my revenue please fix this issue

I’ve been experimenting with WP SmartPay and I love the concept and simplicity of it, but now I’ve run into a problem. I’ve deleted the pages which the plugin creates automatically upon installation and I don’t know how to recreate them.

I’d appreciate any help.
