When I disable the slider the submenu – the pop up (Subscribe to Newsletter) and the scroll images (Partners) is working fine.
When I enable the slider (as it is now) the main functionalities is not working.
Can you help me to fix it please?

ik heb smart slider 3
ik zie dat in safari hij laat alleen de knopen en teksten laten zien.maar de slider images niet.
bij andere browsers bijv.chrome,edge,mozilla er is geen enkel probleem.
ik heb in google bepaalde oplossingen gevonden:
1-alle plug ins deactiveren om te zien of de probleem wordt opgelost , maar dat heeft niet geholpen.
2-in safari instellingen bepaalde acties nemen ,maar dat heeft ook niet geholpen.
3- in firebug kijken voor fout meldingen ,er is geen enkel fout.
4-ik heb in header.php de volgende code weggehaald:

en er geen andere javascript code behalve die boven vermeld is,maar toch niet geholpen.

The slider on a main page not working properly. Slides dont change and have some missing elements pictures or text. And the same is in back end you can see all the elements in place but when you push play they dessapear. Also insde on every printer we have slides all of them are broken too.
I refreshed cache didn’t help. There is only one js error TypeError: layer.css(…).transition is not a function. no idea how to fix that. I have W3 Total Cache plugin but i deactivated it if deleted slider cache how i can restore it?

I’m currently using the “Azera Shop” theme from ThemeIsle for my project website.
After upgrading some of my pages with Smart Slider 2, I’m wondering if there’s a way to straight replace the homepage’s header (called “Big Title section” in the theme) with a slider of yours.
I’m guessing this can be done by adding the PHP code from one of my slider somewhere, but I just don’t know where and if it’s a good idea.

Adding sliders to my pages have made the upper navigation menu disappear.
Now I’ve done a little bit of reading and I presume it’s a javascript issue. I’ve already cleaned cache.
Anyway, I’d be very bummed if I had to skip your awesome slider extension. Could anyone spot the problem in my code ?

I do not know under which circumstances the issue appeared because I do not regularly check the site, probably after automatic upgrade to WordPress 4.5.
I have other sliders which work quite OK on the site, for example this one, but they are not with animations – one has to click on the arrow buttons in order to change the slides.

First of all great slider!
I am a wordpress beginner and I have the following weird problem:
I’ve put the slider in my template like indicated in the FAQ. It displays where it should, and it is full width.
When I access my site directly though, (by going to localhost/mysite), my entire page width is slightly off ( the browser shows a horizontal scroll bar and I can scroll about 5% of the page horizontally)
However, if I go to any other page on my website and then return to the homepage using the menu, the page displays perfectly. If i just paste the url again, it displays bad again.
I’m feeling lost.
I know it would probably be hard to give a solution without the actual website (since it’s localhost), but do you have any idea where I should start looking?
Without the slider, the homepage displays correctly from the start.
My slider only has 1 image, it’s set to 1924×850, canvas mode is turned off, scale up and down are turned on.

I don’t know if the problem is in the theme container or with the sliders, so I’m asking you as well.
In brief, I’ve put two sliders on a page: #13 above, #2 below. As I drag the browser edge, the slider on top adjusts its width smoothly in and out. The one below does not.
When I switch them (#2 above, #13 below), the one on top still behaves correctly and not the one below.
Can you explain why that’s happening?
For further weirdness, the home page has two sliders as well, but when I drag the window, both size correctly.
Any help would be much appreciated.
