Após instalar este plugin, deixei de conseguir usar o Elementor. Tendo em conta a popularidade deste construtor, julgo ser muito urgente que a E-goi resolva este assunto!
Estou a usar a vers?o atualizada de tudo: WordPress (6.6.2), Elementor (3.25.6) e Smart Marketing SMS and Newsletters Forms (5.0.9).
]]>Entre os imensos problemas de velocidade encontrados, o tempo de resposta aos problemas, etc, tivemos mais um novo problema com o plugin.
De alguma forma, o plugin está a mexer com o save dos menus de navega??o, sendo que com o plugin ativado, apenas um item do menu fica gravado, ficando os outros como draft na base de dados, partindo assim os menus. Foi necessário desativar o vosso plugin, RECRIAR os menus, e ativar novamente.
Por favor verifiquem este problema ASAP.
Foi facilmente replicado com uma instancia nova do WordPress e a vers?o mais recente do vosso plugin.

O que preciso fazer para que o e-goi “capture” os eventos do site, para que eu consiga rodar campanhas de carrinho abandonado efetivas?
Estou com o plugin configurado, com a op??o de Track Engaje ativa. Já configurei dentro do E-goi os objetivos “adicionou ao carrinho” e “finalizou compra”, seguindo este tutorial.
Acontece que nem 10% dos visitantes (inscritos na lista) ficam com a informa??o dos objetivos de Track Engage gravados no e-goi.
Tem algo que deva ser feito que eu n?o estou fazendo? Existe a possibilidade da equipe do e-goi fazer essa configura??o de forma efetiva?
Estou bem triste pois no plano gratuito do Mailchimp eu conseguia fazer uma automa??o de carrinho abandonado muito mais efetiva.

Quando crio um novo usuário pelo formulário de registro do wordpress, o plugin n?o consegue levar o nome do usuário para a lista do e-goi, apenas o e-mail.
E como trata-se de um marketplace, é possível mandar vendedores e compradores para listas diferentes ou tags diferentes com esse plugin ?

Realizei a configura??o da minha conta paga no Plugin, e fiz a configura??o na aba de widget para a lista a qual eu quero capturar.
Porem quando insiro o widget pelo elementor, fica aparecendo a mensagem:

O plugin está deixando o primeiro login muito lendo no admin do wordpress. Está afetando 4 sites, todos no mesmo servidor.
