“Security check fail”. That’s what you’ll get using this free plugin. And I’m not alone, the plugin’s forum is loaded with others having the same problem, but no solutions offered. I never even got to see if it worked. Deleted.

I would give this plugin 5-stars as that’s what it deserves except for the fact the ‘Playlist View’ option stopped working in the latest release 1.1.7. The developer doesn’t respond or fix the bug which is still there 3 months after highlighting it.
If it gets fixed I’ll upgrade my review. Till then, just 1 star.

The plugin is constantly generating warning.
Example:

The plugin works ok but sadly there is no real customer support.
“Customer support” does not exist. They will always reply “check the options you have in the plugin” and that′s all.
Pro customization adds almost nothing to the free version, some basic color change and button text are the best new features you will get. You will still have no real customer support after paying. You will receive the same answer and dedication (not). (Add BORAT Animated Sticker here!)

I’ve compared with 3 rows from search result. It is best in Free versions.
1. You can adjust video order
2. You can change Thumbnail of video.
3. You can select several free view options.

At starting I was a bit skeptical to use this plugin due to few customer reviews but later on I thought of giving it a try. I installed this plugin and found out that it functions the best. I was also having some doubts which was later on asked to the support Nd they resolved my query within an hour. This plugin has fulfilled all my requirements. I will surely recommend and suggest my work circle to use this plugin. Keep up the good work.???

I bought the pro version because the free version was promising. But once installed, it does not work.
The support found where was the issue and solved it. It was a bad theme that did not like WordPress 5.
Now it is very easy to display movies.

Paid for the pro version. So far it’s not working. Was contacted by support basically telling me to instal and clear my cache. So I deleted the plug in, cleared the cache and reinstalled it. Still not working.
They said if that did not work then I should give them ADMIN access so they can fix it. Huh, no. Not a great way to have customer service.
I’ll update my rating should I actually get the help to get it running, but right now, I am not a happy customer.
Edit in: I received a message (quoted below) basically telling me that it works fine for them so they can’t help me. They got their money and now I have something that will not work and they won’t help with it. Crappy company.

Wow they are trying to bully me with only offering a refund if I remove my review. From their e-mail:
“I can do the first step and issue an immediate refund if you agree to remove that review ” — So I can’t get a refund unless I remove my review. WOW. Also its a voucher and not a refund. So I could only use it to get another one of their products. At this point I don’t believe I will do that. I guess I’ll just write this off as a loss. Hopefully others will not have the same experience.

The free plugin worked well with our Divi theme site but the premium upgrade did not work. The developer required admin access to our site to fix the issue, and was unable to give specific instructions to address our problem.
We do not provide admin access to production sites, but did offer to set up a development site for their engineers to access. They did not take advantage of our offer so our issues went unresolved. The developer does not issue a refund to resolve the issue.
We ended up using the FastSpring plugin, and that plugin worked out of the box.

Spent two days looking for a great video gallery and out of all the ones available this is by far the best in terms of versatility of layout, ease of use and Pro options.
I had a slight problem in installation caused by my theme being old but their Support immediately answered and gave me the solution.
Cannot recommend this plugin enough. As my title says, SUPERB!

A fabulous plugin out from the box. I recommend the pro version as you get some more essentials but it will do mostly what you need as is. Its far from totally useless as some free plugins are until you buy pro. This one works and does what it should. A big thanks to the developer. Go pro if you can as its affordable.
