Hi Guys, really love this plugin. I need to show my Team in rank order and not alphabetical order, how can I change this?

Hello SM Team,

how to downsize the img?
I tried
#sm_team_theme_2 .team-member img{
height: 150px;

but the details are not centered anymore, as well the gap between the images remained
