I was always a bit confused about how schema worked and thought it would involve a lot of planning so put it off. But I decided to give it a go with SlimSeo Schema and was delighted to find it makes it so easy to add correct schema to your site.
Of course, it’s from the same team as Metabox so works seamlessly with Metabox dynamic values which made it super-simple.

Very pleased with this plug in.
Gives me everything i need for my site and has no noticeable effect on site speed.
Bonus feature was redirects, I have always used .htaccess but this is quicker.
Using free version for now, but will probably upgrade later.
One small thing, on installation, I imported from Yoast. The meta descriptions came over but the meta title tags did not import. Not a big deal to manually edit 27 pages and worth it to be able to lose Yoast, which is now a bloated beast.

I love it. It’s lightweight and efficient. Has all you need without all the unnecessary add-on many other plugins have. I only wish for some functions (like controling the site name in the meta title) to be adjustable from the UI instead of having to add custom code.

Je l’utilise pour tous mes sites : il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour accéder aux paramètres SEO (même les redirections), et il est bien plus léger que d’autres gros players du marché.
Certes, il n’y a pas la petite pastille de couleur mais je m’en passe très bien.

This is a great plugin that provides a great deal of versatility. I use Slim SEO Schema specifically and the ability to pull in data from just about any meta field, acf field or other is awesome. Due to the complexity of how Google makes use of schema, I have found the odd thing that needs some tweaking on a rare occasion. However, Anh has been especially helpful in adding functions where needed quickly and even providing screencasts to help if needed on how to implement certain things above and beyond what you would normally expect from support!

Неплохая идея создать простой неперегруженный функциями SEO плагин. Но есть одна проблема – он не работает так, как должен. Даже если отключить автоматическое формирование title и description, то плагин всё равно продолжает это делать.
Если на сайте есть тысяча статей, который уже хорошо оформлены, то Slim SEO просто вмешается и разрушит уже существующие заголовки и мета описания. Он удлиняет title автоматически добавляя к нему название сайта. Это неприемлемо.
Также он ломает страницу со списком записей в администраторской панели, делает её некрасивой и неудобной.
Однако, разметка Schema работает хорошо, поэтому я всё же поставлю три звезды.
Буду рад вернуть этот плагин на свой сайт, когда он будет доработан.

This plugin is so awesome! Include robot.txt, great sitemaps….. Very easy to use and much better than Seo Pro or Yoast Seo. I try both and little problem to use. With Slim Seo absolutely no problem. Thanks for this awesome lite and clean plugin! :))
