Hi there :), firstly, thanks for helping me build a website I’m proud of! However, I have a small niggle, and also a feature request.
Firstly, I notice that when I have three sliders and have configured lightbox mode, that, once in the lightbox, the images available are the contents of all the sliders. I think this is not a good experience for my users. So on that page there are three sliders “Box of Toys”, for example, has nine images loaded to it, but in lightbox you are viewing many more.
Related to this, and a good potential short term solution. Is my feature request. I would like you to display the caption in the lightbox. That way the users will at least have a bit more context for the images they were not expecting. But also, I really think this would be a good option and improvement on the UX.

]]>When users view my sliders on a mobile, the slide count is incorrect. There are 22 images, but the counter in the corner shows 52. After the original 22 images are viewed, the slider keeps showing random repeated images.
I have tried clearing all images from the gallery, and rebuilding. But there are still random duplicate slides. This does not happen in the desktop view. Only on mobiles. How can I fix this issue?

I am using SlidersPack plugin for one of my clients website for last few months. Now i am facing an issues that when i upload the new image to the slider it does not show up on the webpage. The image is linked with the post. I can view the post but within the slider the image is not visible. As a result user does not have access to the post. So on this page: div=site-logo, div=site-branding and div=lipova-pecet should be above a photoslider.

]]>In the settings for the images, I see the alt text. In the slider settings, when I pick the images, I see that the alt text is in the gallery area. But on the front end, the alt text is blank.
Is there a setting I’m missing?

]]>The issue is that with a BXSlider Ticker, when the ticker is pressed in mobile, the ticker stops moving and won’t move again. I don’t want it to be clickable.

Hi. We have a logo ticker/slider on our site, and after the latest update it is scrolling super fast. You can see an example on the home page below the hero.
Slider type: Gallery
Select slider: BxSlider
Autoplay speed: 3000
Speed: 1000
If the user uses the anchor link and then opens the fancybox in the slider, and then closes it, then scrolls to the anchor link location.
This thing was solved in Photoswipe by disabling history updates when closing the gallery.
The site was created using the visual editor Brizy
Slider links are not working on Chrome desktop, but are working correctly on tablet and mobile. Links display properly, and even with the inspection tool open, they work fine, but for some reason are not working for normal users.

When I embed the shortcode for this gallery in the post, I can see the slider arrows and pagination dots, but the images are not visible.
I have tried different variations of the slider (BX, Flexslider, Nivo, Unslider) with no success.
Any ideas?

]]>As admin interfce for editing of the slide is based on hover event (theee icons appear) it is impossible to get this on mobile.
With some experimentation in chrome (android) I managed to get it by switching browser to desktop mode, however it is not possible to click on icons as drag action takes over.
What to do here?

Could really use some help with a specific problem.
I’ve customized the Owl Slider/Carousel 2 to show:
1) a horizontal slider when viewing in landscape and
2) a vertical slider when viewing in portrait.
Almost everything works as it should, but when viewing the slider in landscape on a mobile or tablet (view-width less then 1024px) the slider doesn’t loop.
Any help would be very appreciated.

after an update some months ago, the links on slider images are not opening in Chrome anymore, even that the mouse pointer changes as there would be a link. In other browswers the links are still working properly.
I read in other topics about JS conflict between SlidesPack with Essential Grid Version 2.X, but as I don’t use Essential Grid, I can’t solve it that way.
Switching “Ticker” from false to true, the links are working also in Chrome, but the images are rotating quickly. Instead, I need the images to be fixed and not rotate at all.
Can you please help with this issue on my website?

]]>nice plugin. was testing out its functionality especially the vertical sliders in a sidebar.
for bx-slider the links don’t do anything unless the “ticker” is activated and then works perfectly.
however the ticker i dont like in that it loads every thing on startup by fast-forwarding through all the posts (currently 24) and then then loops back. which looks rather glitchy.
any way to deal with either of these especially the first issue.
