I am trying to reduce the render delay of my largest contentful paint element which is 70% of LCP.
I have enabled the “defer Javascript loading” settings on Layerslider
I have also enabled the following on WP Rocket.
-remove unused css already enabled
-Load Javascript deferred enabled

What do you recommend me to do to reduce the render delay of the following element?

Is there any way to optimize this plugin? Photos have been optimized, tried lazy load…tried everything really. It’s kind of awful how long it takes.

We would like the slides to appear randomly on the main page, to be able to put different offers and make them different. For example, that on even days a slide appears, and on odd days a different slide. Or if the user is the same, change the slide that appears.

We have seen that shortcodes can be modified, is an instruction in the shortcode itself possible? Is PHP necessary to have a function?

Is the demo medical available on the free plugin? What to effect called?

It seems the layer slider is suppressing CSS on my website. It is packaged with Qode theme Strata. Theme and WordPress versions are updated to the latest and are running on PHP7.

The issues being encountered are as follows:

1. The logo from the page has disappeared. It’s visible on all pages without the slider
2. The top menu is suppressed. Sub menu is not visible.
3. The font styles seem to be overwritten

Request your help for a resolution.

I wonder how I can get rid of the small circle in the upper right corner of the slide? I have tried to shutoff everything in the settings that could be the reason for the appearance of the circle, but it remains there.

after problems with my Backend performance I installed Query Monitor and I can see that I have a slow Query on EACH backend page I open — layerslider_delete_caches()

Don’t understand this query when I open in Backend for example Woocommerce –> orders
Or a product page where I don’t have any Slider in.

Do you know about this and can you please say me how to fix?

I configured that option to pull from a Post and specified the Category, but nothing is showing on the slider. What am I missing?

Hi, when I preview my LayerSliders in WordPress, it comes up fine. The page containing the LayerSliders shortcode also preview fine in WordPress but when I preview the page live, the LayerSliders do not transition properly.

Our site is currently running WordPress 5.5.

Hello. Can you add functionality for litespeed?

I get lots of errors due to using litespeed cache on my website. Using current version of Plugin, current version of litespeed and current version of wordpress and my theme.

Hi! I created a slider with 3 slides. I added a filter: blur(5px) to the background of each slide, but after scrolling through all the slides, the filter is forcibly reset. How can I fix this?

Hi All,

I’ve created a slide presentation using LayerSlider WP. The text works fine however; the images do not. I have two images and 3 sentences in this slide https://www.tubinaday.ca/gallery/.

You’ll notice at the end of the third sentence a new image should appear but does not. If you look closely you can see the image attempting to over take the first image but unable to. You’ll notice a transition attempting to replace the first image (Green tub). It should be replaced with a pink tub at the end of the slide presentation and remain there for another 4-6 seconds however’ this image does not fully replace the GREEN TUB although you can see it trying to come in.

My questions are:
1) Is there anything wrong here, or a change that I can make. If so what change do I make?
2) does this LayerSlider WP plugin/App not support multiple images?… In the back end it does allow me to add as many images I need in a single slide presentation but only shows the first. Is this plugin not capable of showing multiple images in the front end?

I’m not a technical guy so if I’m doing it wrong please dumb it down for me what I need to do to accomplish this.

If needed I’ll be more then glad to share with you all the setting in the back-end.

I am trying to position elements at the corners of the screen on a full page slider but having trouble on narrow screens. The layers in question are set to calculate position from edges of screen but pull up from the bottom as the screen gets narrower. Is there a way to position elements relative to the lower left corner of the screen?

Simple fix required for the plugin to work on php7.3:

causes fatal error:
Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings

Just need to initialise $data as an array first with:

$data = [];

and its all good.

?I chose different slider resolution for mobile, it has less pixels on width. And chose display only on mobile device in slider setting. It does display on mobile.
But it only display in middle with both left and right a big margin.
How to set layerslider?

After the last update, my slider animation has become some kind of jerky, it used to be smooth, what could be the reason?

For some reason my slider wont appear on any device why is this?
