Nice piece of software which I use on several multi-sites. When I add a user I don’t forget anymore to untick a checkbox. So the user now is always added without sending an activation e-mail.
Hopefully this is long supported because I see not recent updates (maybe not necessary).
A tip is also to use the plug-in Unconfirmed. Which is also useful in multi-site environment.

In the multisite environment, adding a user to a sub site requires you to tick the check box to add a user without sending an email that requires their confirmation.
This is a painful process if you have to add many users.

This plugin checks the box automatically freeing you from the pain of checking this box every time!
