Really wanted to use this plugin because my theme removes the Skimlinks code whenever it updates but this plugin prevents me from using the Elementor page builder plugin.

This is great! Saves so much time and hassle and just lets me do my thing whilst it quietly helps me out in the background. It’s hard to make money from writing online, and I don’t want to get evil about it all doing paid pieces, so this is a great ethical model. Like. A lot.

Been using for a little while now and thought it time to review this plugin. I know some people seem to have problems, but I have to say it’s always worked fine for me and it’s a quick and easy way to get some money to help pay to expenses.

I use this plugin on several websites. Works perfectly with a variety of themes; never had any issues.

The plugin works with some themes and not others. Just added a new theme and the plugin insists that:

There appears to be an error in calling the Skimlinks Plugin from your theme’s footer.php file, please ensure your footer.php file includes the standard WordPress function “wp_footer()” above the closing body tag.

however the end of footer.php on this site is:

<?php wp_footer(); ?>
</body>
</html>

Would be nice if it works consistently.

I *love* this plugin and it’s a key part of my monetization strategy. That said, I do not appreciate the useless “skimlinks” module that it ads to WP’s Post Entry Pages.
