Hello! I only see the chat icon when the user is logged in. But as a rule, in stores, users want to quickly get an answer without authorization. How to do this?

Just installed plugin, set-up bot, set-up group, connect everything. But strange behavior:
1. Visitor opens widget, sees “welcome message”, send message / question.
2. Visitor’s message goes into group. But no topic created (topic feature was activated)
3. When group admin answers, visitor could not see the answer, moreover, messages sent by visitor also disappear.

WordPress 6.7.1
WooCommerce 9.5.1
But PHP version is 7.4.2 (in plugin description requires 8+). Maybe it causes problem?
