We like this plugin, it is working as desired but even though we bought the premium version the support is limited and they haven’t answer my email. I have the same problem as Bobbi, can’t make my license code work and there is a notice in WP saying:

“The SIP Advanced Email Notifications for WooCommerce API License Key has not been activated, so the plugin is inactive! Click here to activate the license key and the plugin.”

The concept of this plug in is fantastic! I was able to load all the emails. I just can’t my license code to work. Getting in touch with shopitpress is difficult and I can’t access my account. Would love for this to work.

I have tried a lot of plugins to accomplish what I feel is a simple task. Even the WooCommerce Advanced Notifications plugin cannot do what this plugin can do. This notifications plugin uses conditional logic that allows me the ability to send separate notifications to one of our four physical stores to fulfill online orders based on a choice that the customer makes on the checkout page. By using a custom field, the new order emails are sent to the right person everytime. Although they advertise this plugin to send notifications to customers (which I am certain you can do,) we are using it to send orders to physical stores for customer pickup and delivery.

I did have to have some help getting it setup properly, and they were quick to answer my emails and to get me going. Excellent customer service!

We highly recommend this plugin if you need to get notifications fast and guaranteed. Make sure you get the paid version to unlock its superpowers!
