When I have WP_DEBUG enabled, the following error is being shown in the footer of the WP Admin:
Notice: Functie register_rest_route werd verkeerd aangeroepen. In de REST API route definitie voor simplybook/is-authorized ontbreekt het vereiste permission_callback argument. Voor REST API routes die bedoeld zijn openbaar te zijn, gebruik __return_true als de toestemming callback. Lees Foutopsporing in WordPress voor meer informatie. Translation:
Notice: Function register_rest_route was called incorrectly. The REST API route definition for simplybook/is-authorized is missing the required permission_callback argument. For REST API routes that are intended to be public, use __return_true as the permission callback. Read Error detection in WordPress for more information. Not a breaking bug, but just wanted to let you know. Thank you!
]]>Hi,
First of all, thank you for creating this plugin. It’s much more error-proof by adding a shortcode instead of HTML code for the SB booking widget. I would like to suggest some things:
In the settings, you can predefine settings like category, provider and service. It would be a good idea to also make it possible to predefine settings in the shortcode, as we don’t want to have the same predefined settings on every page with the shortcode. So something like this [simplybook_widget category=id provider=id service=id]. Maybe even adding a Elementor widget would be awesome!
For the provider, an option to preselect the “Any provider” option would also be great as we don’t want our clients to keep selecting a provider everytime, we always want to choose “Any”, which isn’t possible right now.
One last question: we have some styling options in the plugin, does this mean the styling options on the SB website are not used or are there still some options that need to be changed from the website?
Thanks!
Toine
While one of the Dutch translators submitted translations, we noticed there is a typo in the author URI.
Plugin is misspelled at the end.
