Please can you confirm whether Ultimate WooCommerce CSV Importer is compatible with WooCommerce 4.0 because when I click to update WooCommerce I get the following notification.

WooCommerce have recently done security updates which I need to update.

I’m developing our new web page and I need to create a web store with woocommerce. I want to import variable products with Ultimate WooCommerce CSV Importer but I dont now how to place <?php do_action('plugin_name_hook'); ?> in my template, Im using a child theme of Oceanwp.
I,ve put
<?php do_action(‘ultimatewoocommercecsvimporter’); ?>
in the functions.php of the theme but does not work, which is the plugin_name_hook?

I am trying to do an import to begin with of only the Categories and Sub-Categories. Cannot work out how to do this.
a) how do I select only Categories
b) how do I assign a column to be a subcategory
c) what should the csv look like for this scenario

I tried importing a set of products from a csv file that works with other plugins but I am getting the following error ;

WordPress database error: [Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation ‘=’]

This plugin is great but I have a small problem:

Just some tags are beeing uploaded. Example:

Line 1:
perfomance|chip|tuning|potência|binário|consumo|Alfa Romeo|Mito|1,3JTDM|90cv
Line 2:
perfomance|chip|tuning|potência|binário|consumo|Citroen|C5|2,0 HDI|163cv
Line 3:
perfomance|chip|tuning|potência|binário|consumo|Porsche|Cayenne|4,1 D|382cv

etc.

Only “chip”, “perfomance”, “tuning” and “potencia” appear in the product tags.

In tags, there is a lot of information for sure, but all the lines are empty.

Any reason for this two behaviors?

Whenever I try to import products, the importer gets 6 producst in and then gives me a 500 internal server error. What could be causing this?

Hello and thanks for the plugin, it is great but i can’t figure it out how to add multiple variations on a single attribute. I have tried different things like separating them with | or having the same product on multiple lines each with different variation for the given attribute but still can’t make it work. Do you have this as functionality for this plugin?

I am using the latest version of wordpress. I am having a problem uploading my categories. What is a post-type value. It won’t let me upload without it and if I put the category or the corresponding number to that category (subcategory) it still will not accept it.

The description says you can add variations but there are no options under the “woocommerce columns” where you select the column type.
