Its pretty early but customer service appears to be on point. I am floored that they don’t have a Divi integration, but heres hoping to the future. I left thirsty affiliates because it just doesnt work with Divi without having to do the cumbersome act of collecting the short codes. I am basing my review on customer service at this point and will update when I have a bit more to go on.

I asked the plugin dev how to get rid of the banner and he stated once its dismissed, its permanent which is a blatant lie. When it was Simple URL’s it was great, now the most annoying plugin in the repo.
Need to work out how to migrate out of Lasso permanently.

Great Plugin, design, and experience. Thanks for the great product!

Instead of just letting you use the plugin, they make Lasso Lite ugly and cumbersome on purpose to force you to subscribe. No Thanks

The affiliate links on my website were a mess and all needed replacing. This plugin is so good and allows the creation of attractive affilate links which are also easy to manage. There is not a whole amount of customisation – but what do you expect with the free version? Definitely 100% recommended from me.

This is an excellent option if you want a simple plugin to display neat Amazon Affiliate boxes. It’s free and works. Sure, it doesn’t have a full range of different styles, but if you want that, upgrade and get the complete Lasso plugin! I’ve just moved over from AAWP!

I’ve been investigating various options for affiliate marketing, and aside from Lasso, I haven’t come across another that has the functionality I need. The product boxes look great, and I love the link management.

Looks very good in blog articles. It happened once that the plug in was out of the sudden uninstalled. Luckily all products were stored after I reinstalled it all.

I’m using the free version and so far so good. Although, my only issue is the inability not to customize the text so as to stay on brand. Idk if it’s in the paid option but it would be nice if I was able to customize the fonts. Otherwise, it’s great for displaying my affiliates links.

The name of the menu item is now on 2 lines, please change it back to the 1 line “Simple URLs” instead of “Lasso Lite / Simple URLs”
We don’t need to see the name of the company on the admin menu every day, we can already see it when we click on “Upgrade to pro” or “Plugin details”

This used to be a simple, well-coded and fantastic little plugin for your websites. It just worked! But since the takeover, all that has been thrown away in favor of a pretty coat of paint. However, the underlying system and functionality is terrible, no longer works as it should, and is very frustrating to use. There was also a recent bug that caused a it to break wp-admin for me, which was the last straw.

Okay for now

It’s no longer the good simple plugin it used to be.
Did they sell it to “Lasso” who or whatever that is?
Choose another plugin instead.

Estou testando o Melhor plug-in de afiliado gratuito para links. O design da card de produto é muito bonito.

Best free affiliate plugin for cloaking links, converting affiliate sales, and getting more clicks to my affiliate offers. Thanks!

Not only did my site get an upgrade aesthetically, but Lasso has helped me identify countless products that have gone out of stock on Amazon and I was able to keep more money in my pocket because of it.
Plus the extra “trust” factor readers have when they see a beautiful design compared to the unbranded, guy-in-his-basement look product recommendations had before.
Worth every penny.

How are they able to create ‘new but not improved’ updates?

Was certainly surprised to log in here and see so many negative reviews. This plugin has changed everything for my affiliate marketing business. Easily a 20-30% increase in conversions post install, and combining this with Geniuslink has made a massive difference in my international sales.
Yes, this plugin is expensive, but it’s not meant for sites that are just starting out. Instead, you should already have success with other affiliate marketing plugins. I have harped on the price for years as it wasnt multi-site friendly, which they’ve changed — along with more leniency on staging sites.
I really suggest giving this a shot if you’re having trouble with conversion rates. The displays are beautiful, and they work.

Rolling back to version 107. The simple URL that every love.

Heard of Lasso a couple of years ago but didn’t have a need for it. Started using it a couple months ago and really been enjoying all the features and how easy it is to use.

We’ve been using Lasso for almost 2 years. Their team is extremely fast to respond to any questions or issues. I have used other alternatives in the past – Lasso continues to exceed my expectations in every way imaginable.
The customization, link checking, and endless new features continue to blow my mind. Highly recommend to any site owner doing affiliate marketing, or selling their own product(s).

Still figuring out

A once simple and useful plugin has been remade with an awful and tacky interface that is unpleasant to use.
To make it worse, the plugin now loads a CSS file and other clutter to the frontend which is inexcusable for what was once promised to be a simple link redirect manager.
Absolutely stay away from this plugin.

In a perfect example of “answering questions that aren’t being asked,” this plugin has suddenly become bloated with tons of upsells and features we don’t need.
For years, I used this plugin precisely because it did one thing… beautifully. Simple redirection and link shrinking, perfect for affiliate link management.
Now, I’m bombarded with upsells for a bloated feature set I don’t need. Why not release all those features in a NEW plugin, and leave Simple URLs alone?
Before forcing users into an “all-in-one” solution for affiliate marketers, it might have been wise to first determine what solution your plugin solved in the first place.
Now I’ve got to figure out how to migrate hundreds of redirect links out of SimpleURLs to a new plugin. So, thanks for that.

Got bloated after an update, looking for an alternative plugin.

Why does anyone need to “fix” something that wasn’t broken by adding code that breaks a site?
Simple URLs was a good product. Lasso is not. It is buggy and not worth even using the free version.
The constant upselling to “pro” is not only annoying, but the code displays before the editing screen displays.
Time to find another URL redirection tool. Lasso is not it!
