The oh-so-fancy pull down fields to set API and other settings won’t even stay open to edit. Also struggle to understand how these setting cannot be set outside of the widget itself in order to reuse the feed in different places on the website. Not impressed.

Don’t actually exclude replies

Strange, because it doesn’t seem to want to exclude mentions within the feed despite requesting so. Strange also because it looks like a pile of something produced out of the rear end of a dog (in Customizr, at least). Not simple due to the four step process, and the instructions are a little out of date.
Please fix the exclude button.

I have been using Really Simple Twitter Feed for years but that seems to have disappeared and I discovered this plugin having tried and failed to get two others working.
I had this up and running in a couple of minutes, styled in a few more.
Very happy, I wish more plugins worked so well with so little fuss.

I have been testing this on my website and it has been working great.
Very simple to set-up. Like many, I use twitter heavily to build a relationship with my customers. Having twitter on my website is essential. It’s still early, but I am very excited about this plugin.

I had problems figuring out how to set it up on my fantasy sports site, but once I read through the steps of how to do so and go it set up it worked great.
Definitely one of the better looking twitter feed plugins out there, too.

Just what I was looking for. I’ve tried a large number of twitter modules and they always have either too many unwanted features or lack basic customisation. Options here are nice and simple.
Thanks

No frills, no gimmicks, just pure API access and tweet display. Love it.
I have one wish though, but I’m not sure if it’s possible because I can’t find it in any Twitter Plugin, and that is to display favorites in the Widget.
I favorite a lot of tweets and would love to have them on display on my blog.

Author should change the title of this plugin…

This plugin won’t work on my server. Contacted developer and received prompt response, but no resolution.

I needed a streamlined twitter feed that fit with my minimal theme, [ link redacted, please do not post links in the reviews section ]. many of the other tweet plugins use the built-in twitter app which is chunky. or worse yet, the minimal ‘twitter widget pro’ doesn’t update unless you go in there and flush it which makes it pretty useless.
This one (like twitter widget pro) you have to make your own app in the dev.twitter section which is a little more complex but that being said it styles just right when you put it into your theme’s widget area. also it sets up seamlessly unlike TWP which won’t take your codes until the nth time.
I only wish there was an option to make the tweet intents graphics in-line with the text (or to make the icons also text instead) for something even more space saving. Now the icons are too prominent and take up a lot of space.
one note: if you are using a caching plugin like quickcache, make sure to set it at a time interval you are comfortable with. For instance, if your cache is reset every 4 days, your tweets also won’t update for 4 days. I ended up setting my quickcache for 3 hours without too much speed drop.

Was super when I installed it yesterday for the first hour or two, but for the last 30 hours all I get is “Waiting for Twitter… Once Twitter is ready they will display my Tweets again.”
This site is brand new and has pretty much 0 visitors so I doubt that’s the problem but having just said that – I’m still building it, which means I probably called these Twitter routines a good 50 times – but then that was yesterday and it’s still like it today.
So it’s quite possibly not this plugins fault at all and maybe Twitters…
I just don’t know…
Any ideas?

I bought a theme that used a twitter plugin, when the twitter api was updated the plugin stopped working and i could’nt wait for them to fix the problem.
I downloaded this plugin, activated it and styled it in around 30 mins.
Just what i was looking for ??

It just works. So cool.
Also formatting was cinch and looks lovely. Just wondering what i want it to do next. Then I’ll let you know.
Thanks. Have tried others but this was so easy to follow and setup and even on my shared hosting it works; and stores my previous Tweets if the host is over subscribed. Love it, keep up the good work
