It still works with WordPress 4.0 and from what I gather, I’ve had less things to moderate since activating this plugin. I rarely see bad Track/Pingbacks in the Akismet queue since installing it. I guess that means it’s doing its job.

Even though it hasn’t been updated, it has stopped hundreds of spam comments from showing up on a number of blogs I administer.
