Strange thing here, I have used this plugin to disable all pingbacks and trackbacks as well as delete existing ones. The plugin panel shows existing ones at 0 now, however a different plugin, Broken Link Checker, shows more and more trackbacks every single day ( they show as broken links however and don’t seem to have a source) Any idea what this could be?
Thank you!
]]>Hi,
Thanks for the great plugin. It did indeed disable all the trackbacks on posts, just like I wanted. And the best thing, I didn’t have to make any scary SQL queries myself.
Just one request, it doesn’t do anything for custom posttypes.. Is it possible to add this function?
I guess it should be to hard for the plugin to check which posttypes are available and then give the option to disable trackbacks there aswell?
Hi,
Thanks for the convenient plugin, but this does not disable trackbacks in the “attachment” post type. I was still getting trackbacks for attachments until i manually deleted it with sql.

]]>I recognize this hasn’t been fully tested on Multisite, but I am running a multisite set up. The deleting feature works well. Disabling the automatic settings does not work. When I click the button to disable the default settings, it says it saves, but it does not change the settings. I tried, then, going into Settings > Discussion to change the settings, but it no longer allows me to save those changes.
