I’m using WordPress 4.3, and recently upgraded to Simple Subscribe 2.0.3. Now every email that is sent out via Simple Subscribe has the last character in the “from” email field cut off.
This was not an issue in the previous version of Simple Subscribe. I completely deleted Simple Subscribe and started with a fresh instillation, and am still experiencing this issue.
Any else experiencing this issue, or have any suggestions? A link to download the previous version of Simple Subscribe would work, too.

Every single one of my subscribers have their emails on display when they receive an email. This is a major security flaw.
They need to be added as a BCC
Since newest version, all emails sent by Simple Subscribe have my email address in the to line. So for each subscription email and each post-email I receive an email.
This is really annoying especially for the subscription confirmation emails!

I am using Simple subscribe v 2.0.1 but now since this version each post is emailed to all subscribers as CC.
So all subscribers have now a list with all other subscribers!!!
Please solve this issue with max urgency, as I cannot use it now anymore!

The subscribers list is back, but emails are still not using wp_mail, so I have to reimplement a patch in your code for using wp-mail-smtp to send emails to a different SMTP server.

]]>I am running 4.2.2 and the plugin says that it is compatible with my version of WordPress; however, I downloaded the plugin, activated it, modified it per the preset options in the widget menu, it looked great– even linked it with my Feedburner and it was working fine.
The problem was I could not open my customizer under the “Appearance” option in the left sidebar in in WordPress admin page. The customizer only began working again when I deactivated this plugin. I tried removing other plugins, but this was the only one that gave me an issue. I am using the Highwinds theme and my URL is WhatAilsUs.com
Has anyone else had this problem, and/or know how to resolve it? I really like the look and feel of the plugin, and I hate to ditch it and find another one… can’t even find another that looks as good as this one.

I don’t know if this is related to general incompatibility with WP 4.2.2 or not, but we’ve recently noticed that our local subscribers total* does not match the total ReadyGraph subscribers, the local being a higher count.

After updating to WP 4.2 (may have happened at 4.1.2 also) we can no longer see the list of subscribers at wp-admin/admin.php?page=SimpleSubscribe
The list can be exported, so the data is there. It just does not show up in that list, or in the popup menu at wp-admin/admin.php?page=SimpleSubscribeEmail
I haven’t tried sending a letter to see if that function can retrieve the list.
Any thoughts?

Secondly, I would like to use all of the functionality of this plugin WITHOUT the actual Widget/ShortCode.
I have my own contact form that needs to remain 100% as is – this includes JS/Styling/etc.
So what I was hoping to do was to take my form and submit the values to your plugin – bypassing your form.
Is this at all possible?

I settings as like client site validation from admin and i used only email field for subcscribe in front end. If i input just test then it display javascript error message. But i just want to clear input box after clicking ok button of alert message or just clear input box after error message come.

I have it set up to where an email is sent out to my subscribers after I create a new post. The next day after though it sends out 2 emails saying there is a notification about a new post. It’s the same post I sent the previous day but without a featured picture. How do I make it so these notification emails don’t go out the next day. The first email about the post is all I want. I don’t want my subscribers to get annoyed with extra emails.
