With the site listed, the issue is seen on the footer in any of the inside pages. The icon should be white, and it is not there at all. Help!! This is happening on the sites that are using this plugin…so I need a fix ASAP! Thanks!!

Having some trouble getting this widget to display on any page on our website.

Have installed the plug in, have added the widget to the widgets area, have added two web addresses to the two profiles of the socials we want linked (Facebook & Instagram pages) but we just can’t get it showing anywhere on any page.

New to wordpress so guidance appreciated.

Would be nice as it is the only one missing for me …

Is there a way to have the links open in the same tab? I added an accessibility plugin to show when links will be opening in a new tab/window and I would like to remove them on my social icons but I think the only way to do that is to have the links open in the same tab. Thanks for your help!

I am so grateful that you added the Bluesky icon, but for some reason on my site (www.orschel2day.de) the icon is not aligning with the others and is a few pixels lower than the rest.

I am search of best plugin that is used for social icons. My site is growing so I want to engage more users to my social accounts.

The new “X” logo displays correctly when the browser window is fairly large. But on tablet and mobile sizes it reverts back to the the Twitter Bird.

I think this plug in is very useful, and very thanks for developers.

I very much hope you can help me. I have a Coming soon page with a logo at the top on the left side. I would like to place a Twitter icon on the right right. The only way I could do it was when I added a header widget in the header on the right. That works on a desktop. But the icon moves way down when it is viewed on a mobile device. I spent countless hours trying to work it out using CSS, but to no avail. This should be a simple matter – unfortunately it is not. Can you help?

Since a couple of weeks, the SSI icons are not loading anymore in my Sidebar. However, the icons are loading in my Nav Menu and in my Footer (via SSI plugin as well).

As possible root causes, I suspected

• CDN misconfiguration? However, in my staging the CDN is supposed to be turned off
• Deferred JS loading (WP Rocket)? But in my staging I have disabled WP Rocket
• Minify JS (WP Rocket)? But in my staging I have disabled WP Rocket

After hours of researching and testing, I have still no idea.

I just updated PHP to 8.0 and this might have already been an issue, but I didn’t notice. Everything on the site is up to date and our icons are all grey boxes instead of icons.

I’ve set up a homepage in a test site: https://test.adunate.com/ and the social media icons work perfectly. I’ve done the same thing in my customer’s live site and they do not. The background shows, however the icons do not. [ redundant link removed ]

Love the plugin, however I would like to adjust the on hover animation. The icons spin when hover over them. I do not see any settings to adjust this? How can make changes?

Lighthouse throws “ARIA IDs are not unique” accesibility voilation and pulls the score down as the icons have the IDs populated twice.

After the latest update, the icons are not displaying.

(I’ve searched this forum and found an article from a few weeks ago, but the solution that was given there was rather cumbersome and technical. At least it didn’t work for me.)

So if anyone can help me to solve this problem in an easy way, I will be very gratefull

DO NOT INSTALL! There is some kind of backdoor. On supported site of me, there was installed JS:Agent-EIY[Trj] (../plugins/simples-social-icons/svgxuse.js). The whole website was blocked with no access to the admin area.

Be aware! The plugin is not updated last 2 years!
