Hi, we’re using your plugin for our shop, we have our address/shop set to UK, when printing labels it doesn’t output the county (state) field. We have the output set to SEPARATE LINES so it should include but doesn’t. Not sure if it’s only when address is set to UK.
]]>Hello, i want to know how i can fix it? Because it’s not showing the delivery number.
]]>Hello.
Your plugin is great but I need to add “City” before the city and “Postal Code” before the postal code. I appreciate you if you can add a section in the settings page that adds the desired phrase before the zip code and city.
Also, I appreciate you if you can add a a section where we can add the desired phrase on the top of the label. As in the attached photo
]]>Hi. This plugin is working great for me.
There is a typo on the main settings page:
‘The horizontal and vertical sides lenghts of the label.’
I hope that helps. Thanks
]]>I cannot find the correct measurements to print through my DYMO LabelWriter 450 with the settings H28mm x W89 mm. Is it possible to work around this?
]]>I setup the plugin and I can generate and print test labels perfectly.
But I don’t see the label button on my orders page, not even when I open a single order. It’s also not visible under “bulk actions”.
On the plugin instructions page, it says to use it like this:
“To generate labels page from WooCommerce orders – go to?WooCommerce?>?Orders, click the?‘Label’?button of any order or select multiple orders first.”
But I cannot follow these instructions – there is no Label button. My wordpress version is 6.4.2 and my woocommerce version is 8.2.2
Thanks for this cool plugin anyway! I hope we can get it to work.

]]>Just bought the Brother QL-700 just to find out that no matter what size i select the printer doesn’t print the labels.
Is there any solution?
]]>Hi Dima,
I’m going to buy your pro plugin. Can I print 4 labels on a single A4 sheet with a classic laser printer?
Thanks
Hello,
I trust you are well.
I am unable to print the labels using my Brother QL-550 or QL-800 printers.
Please may you provide me with the printer settings that I need to use.
Also, we have a VAT # field that is appearing as part of the address on the generated labels. How do I go about excluding the VAT # field or moving it to a new line?
Many thanks
Greg

]]>Hello @dima411,
Thanks for creating this plugin; if you don’t mind, can you please help me with the minor request?
I am using this plugin for one of my projects but differently where I would like to create tags based on quantity and shipping labels so the shipping team can check and add stick tags to the packages accordingly.
For example:
WooCommerce order has five different products with one quantity each.
I want to print the label five times where it’ll count the quantity (1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 5/5) and add them to the printing label.
See some live examples below, highlighting some parts in red.
Please guide me on how I can customize or add the product name and quantity count so it’ll print all five labels accordingly.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
]]>Hi,
I want to know if I can personalize the shipping label as shown in the image in this link :

With the respective contact information of the company and the customer (logo, name, address, city, zip code, country and phone).
Thank you,
]]>Hi there,
Just downloaded the plugin so very new at it.
Can you tell me how you modify the label layout so address 1 and address 2 are on separate lines and modify how the text is laid out on the label.
Thanks
]]>Hi! excelent plugin! thank you for this amazing work

]]>Hi,

Hello
In Europe, the ZIP code is written befor the City
this adjustment can be realized in the free version.
I am using “Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce” by Tyche Softwares and I am wondering if it is possible to display that order number instead of the order ID on the label?
]]>Hi! How could I change the CSS code to always leave an embedded logo on each tag? thanks in advance, congratulations on this work
]]>Hi author,
I’m wondering is it possible to add a print label button to the order detail page to provide the option to print the label directly from the order detail page.
Thank you.
]]>Hi! Thank you for this great plugin.
My client wants a customized shipping label and I need to know if it’s possible to achieve this level of customization with the pro version before buying (with html/css skills).
This is how he wants the labels to look like:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AIQp9R28FrcvZggev6WlQk1cdyHcqyRh/view?usp=sharing
As you may see, the first block contains the orders information with the customers data.
Then, the second block (the actual shipping label) contains the store branding/return address section with their logo, the logo of the carrier, the chosen shipping method and the recipients information at the bottom.
is it doable?
Please let me know, I look forward to your comments.
Regards!
Hello,
I am wondering is there a way to turn the labels into a landscape (horizontal) view? It would look a lot better on my 4×6 inch printing paper. Thanks.
Also is there a way to add customers notes to the label. For shipping. If the receiver is not home or any notes they have for the shipping provider?
]]>I click on label and it says “generating” and never opens in my safari browser. I am not blocking pop-ups at all.
]]>Hi!
It is a great plugin, simple but I have a problem and that is I would need to get shipping_state_full tag instead of shipping_state but i am not able, could you help me?
