We are testing out the free version of this plugin. We dont understand why this product doesnt work with the free sample version. The basic functionalities dont work here. we have followed tutorials and when set to 0 or 1 for that matter, the pricing of the sample product dont follow through in the cart and following payment.

I want that one user can select only 2 sample products from all products..They cannot request sample for all products.

We are using pro version of the plugin and “Default global sample price” setting in particular.

Is there an option to remove VAT from the basket for the sample. Currently it adds VAT to this price

I’d like to use your plugin but some of my products are set to out of stock as they can’t be bought online. This means the Sample button doesn’t appear.

Can you tell me how I can move it to hook into one of the other locations on my page please?

I use Extra Product Options to let customers customize their product and would like to offer material samples. In Extra Product Options I have required fields and therefore can’t put the Sample into the basket. Is there a way to ignore required fields?
