Hi, couldn′t make it work at wordpress 5.3.2

Hi, here is the shortcode I am using:

[post_views post_types=”product”?icon_or_phrase=”Views:”]

I see the “eye” icon, but no phrase.

So I tried removing the icon URL from the settings, but now it looks like this:

I was expecting it to say: “Views: 2” on the page. Unless this is not intended behaviour.

Very nice and simple plugin! There’s just one thing I’m having trouble with. How do I get the post view count to update if a visitor returns (say on a different day) to view a previously viewed post?

Currently, the first time the visitor views a post, the count updates by one. However, any additional visits are not taken into account; even if they’re on different days. Is there a way to set the count interval or time between when a single user visit / view is counted (kind of like your option to set the seconds spent before a page view is considered?

Where should I put it? Or how? Need some advices.

Somehow the counter stays at 0, allthoug the custom post types are viewed. Do you have any idea how to solve this?
