I’ve installed and configured your plugin but am receiving some PHP notices when viewing the login form:

Notice: Undefined index: login in \simple-login-form\simple-login-form.php on line 33

Notice: Undefined variable: login_fail_msg in \simple-login-form\simple-login-form.php on line 38

I would love to see these notices resolved in a future update. If you’re unable to replicate the issue with WP Debug enabled or have any questions please let me know!

This plugin is not worked.
User logged in after wrong password. So, this is not correct right.
Please fix this issue and update this plugin with latest version of wordpress.

When i use the simple registration plugin to create a new user, there is no notification to the admin that a user has been created.
if i add user from the dashboard – users –
i do get an email.

How do i fix this?
