Hide Name and subject field

Hello,

I used CSS to hide the Name and Subject field but then the form can’t be submit (because of validation errors I guess)

What I need to modify in the code so the form submission does not these those two fields?

Hello.

Love the simplicity of your plugin…but need some help. The X BUTTON CLOSE is not working.

I provided a sample page URL.

Also-
Can we add a HOVER action to the SUBMIT button? Or maybe speed up the submission? There is a delay from the time SUBMIT is pressed, and the confirmation screen. Feel free to do actual tests…submissions are coming to me.

Hi There,

I have 2 questions.

1. When you filled out the form there is an button which you have to link somewhere. Is it possible to turn this button of?
2. Also when you filled out the form on the last page (thank you page) there is an icon with an purple background. How can i change this?
