The development team hasn’t been heard from for many months now, even for paid users it seems.
There are some residual issues which really necessitate ongoing support to be able to recommend this plugin.

Hi, This plugin is good. We’ve purchased the pro version.
However its been 6 months that you didn’t update/improve it. It would be good to see regular updates especially after WP core updates.
At 169 USD, we can’t say this is a cheap plugin with yearly update ??
Thank you for the good work.

This plugin is great for creating user reviews, feedback, testimonials, and feature requests. Great documentation as well. Also, a great feature that in order to submit a new request users have to type in the search to prevent more requests than what’s necessary to keep things as organized as possible.

I had a small issue and the developer sent me a fix within minutes on a Saturday. Great plugin!

We are currently looking for suggestion software and I truly wish you succeed down the line. Even though we probably pick up something else, here is my feedback:
1. The demo website is pretty slow, the loading spinner is irritating and makes it feel even more sluggish.
2. UX could be more fluid and consistent, for example when you tried to vote as a guest you get .js popup.
3. I have to agree with some of the issues mentioned in the 3-star review you got.
What I like is the reasonable premium price, instant search and of course WP integration. User suggestions feedback SaaS apps are pretty expensive and I think you can make this plugin a vital extension of WordPress. Good luck!

Nice and simple way to track feature requests for our plugins. It could do with some extra features like the ability to set the page/slug but the pro update adds most of the extra stuff I need.
Great job! Recommended.

This is a promising plugin, but has a few non-starters for me:
1. The request submission is not intuitive. There is no submit button on the request, and the title and description are split into two screens
2. It overrides theme styling for things like input boxes
3. It shows a link to the plugin from the page with no option to remove it.
Other things that are not non-starters, but make it feel rough:
1. No way to change the url for feature requests, it’s hard coded to feature-requests/
2. No way to have multiple feature request ‘boards’ – it’s all combined (categories does not solve the use case I have for multiple ‘boards’)
3. No way to have requests auto-publish with moderation after publish. Slows down submission of ideas and encourages duplications
4. No duplicate detection on submission
As I said, this plugin is promising, but not there yet.
I’m happy to pay for the pro version, but too many non-starters right now.

I’ve tried a couple others like this (there are not many), and they all had massive bugs even with default WP themes and zero plugs.
This plug is great and has been rock solid and the developer is responsive to changes and updates. Love it!

Finally we can see an ideas/feature requests plugin on WordPress. I’ve been looking like crazy for this kind of plugins but the ones I’ve found were updated two years ago or not tested with this WP version. All the “idea” feature I’ve seen on other websites were implemented as part of the platform (Jive, by example). So, congrats for initiative.
One suggestion would be to implement some customization interface and features: to be notified when someone post a request or comment, how many levels on a thread, how many requests on a page and so on.
Thank you again for the initiative. Keep up the good work!
