Support for ACF extended fields?

Hi,

will the plugin keep the “author” setting of each post releated to the user is set as author in the first site?

Also – can i use the plugin to transfer users with there ACF fields?

If I update to PHP 8.1 I can no longer import without a critical error. Downgrading to 7.4 works as expected.

There are also a lot of deprecated code showing if updating PHP.

Hello, I just purchased your plugin and tested it. It successfully exported and imported a cpt post from my live site to staging. This particular cpt uses ACF’s gallery field type. The images were successfully downloaded from the live source and added to the staging site’s media. So for all intents and purposes the plugin did what it was supposed to do!

The one thing I noticed is that the plugin imported one of the same media files twice. I believe this is because the post’s Featured image is one of the same images contained in the ACF gallery. On the live site, the file is not duplicated, but on the staging site after the import, there are two images that are exactly the same but with different names (4-1.jpg and 4-1-1.jpg).

Is it possible to make a change to the plugin so that it will look to see if it has already imported a given file, and to use that one rather than uploading a duplicate?

I’m trying to export image fields of custom taxonomies. In The two sites created custom taxonomies with the same title and field name. But the pictures are not exported.

When importing, I choose a page type. However, only post types are available in the Post/Page select.

We purchased the license to transfer acf fields between two sites, including media uploads. To test it we installed our license key on the dev environment and now after testing can’t use it on the live environment (different domain) as we get the notice “You have used all of your purchased sites. Please purchase again to get pro features.”

We want to use the ex/import solution only on live, but first had to test it. Please provide a solution to remove the license activation for the DEV environment.

Some feedback to avoid such issues for other users in the future: I believe it would be great if you display a notice right above the license input field that the license can’t get transferred to another domain or even better: when clicking the submit button after entering the license, open an alert modal that tells the user and asks him to confirm or cancel.

we purchased the PRO version of the plugin and used it to move 200+ custom posts with ACF File Field. Unfortunately only the standard fields was imported and not the ACF File fields.
Could you please help us?

I’m posting the question here because maybe some other guys are wondering this.

I need to migrate data from a custom post type I coded myself to ACF field.

Can this plugin handle this ?

– On my website A there is a custom post type with a lot of custom field, there is NOT the acf plugin on it.

– On my website B there is a new custom post type WITH acf field to make it easier for my user.

So I need to map data from website A, to my new acf fields on my website B

Tried with the free plugin quickly, and it only change the name & image. Checked the database, and it created new fields for the post, with my old field name & data. I just need those data to be mapped with my new ACF field.
