do not receive emails

why?

Hi, I love your plugin – I only need a contact form not all the rest that others add.
my problem is that I have AMP activated on my site.
When you send an email (succesfully delivered) instead of a success message you get a green box which says:

It appears your submission was successful.?<small>Even though the server responded OK, it is possible the submission was not processed. Please contact the developer of this form processor to improve this message.?Learn more</small>

I’m not up to working out what this means. I het the same message which ever contact form I try!

Any ideas – It seems to be a thing and Google pretty much demands amp from you now.

There is a small issue, where two of the german translations are missing spaces at the end resulting in something like “HalloZuim”:

Thanks for making such a simple contact form. I find the others too bulky for my needs. However, I am seeing some dots on the page before and after the form and especially on the after submission page. Since the page is just short code I don’t see anything for me to fix at this point. Any suggestions or advice would be great.

Hello. I set the form submissions to deliver to three different emails (one is the webmail and another 2 is to gmail accounts). But some emails (especially @yahoo.com) does not get delivered to the gmail accounts. not even in spam, although i do see the email in the roundcube webmail.

Is it possible to add an option to show a check mark forcing the user to check it before the message can be sent? This for making explicit that the user gives permission to contact them on their given e-mail. For instance to answer their question.

Also have this check mark (“check mark: checked”) be added to the carbon copy.

Nothing happens after for submit click. The filled in form just sits there with no action whatsoever.

I would like to replace the subject input field with a set of three radio buttons. I think a system of filters (apply_filters) for each of the fields’ html would allow this kind of customisation without bloating the plugin.

Really nice plugin form, but I don’t think this is compatible with Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA. Would it please be possible to integrate?

After upgrading to php 8.1, the contact form started displaying an “invalid nonce value” error. If you reload the form page, it will send, but the error remains displayed.

I’m testing it on: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0.

I can’t see anything the reCAPTCHA V3, just the contact form.

simple and awesome Plugin!!!

But, only one thing, could you please do not write code directly inline, so it’s executed every time, on every load of any site using your plugin, also in every page which is not showing the shortcode.

Basically lines of ‘simple-basic-contact-form.php’ until (near) line 140.

That code should execute only into the shortcode function, all that variable ini, and get POST data, sanitize_text_field…

That kind of things seems to be silly, but every plugin that do the same adds miliseconds to total execution time, and that is the first problem of every site which looks for performance, and what is worse, could be potentially insecure.

I have been using your plugin for more than 3 years already. I was looking for a way to integrate with Mailchimp for visitors who are using the contact form.

I have already installed a Mailchimp for WordPress plugin that provides labels for integrating with contact forms, but when I tried injecting it in the customer content section, the label code disappeared upon saving.

Could you please help me with this issue?

Hello, I have been using the great plugin for years but for some reason, I am now not not receiving email from users. I changed nothing on my end. When I test, I do receive carbon copy – but as admin, I do not receive direct user messages [Website Contact] email.

I have tried different sendto emails and change from PHP to WP nothing works. Please help.

When I try to send a form, I get the following message:

It works only when I click ‘send email’ a second time, but obviously my website visitors don’t know that.

Does this plugin cope with a number of email addresses – for example, those of them members of a club committee?

one issue: I finished the setup and everything looked great. I also added the translation for the “Success & Error Messages” in my language.

However! When I use GDPR Message (before I left it blank, now I want to get the agreement of the GDPR), and when I do not check this field an error message “Please check this box when you want to proceed” pops up. But I did the setup for my language (German) and this is still english. Could you please have a look at it?
My website is still offline, want to finish everything first.
One more thing: How can I make that there is a direct link to the GDPR? The checkbox says in german (I agree to the GDPR) and now I want that GDPR is a link to my GDPR.

I just setup your plugin. It looks great.

Strange thing is, even though I have label for the subject field in the settings, no subject field is showing on the front end form. Just name, email, and message.

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

I love this plugin, thank you! ?? It is simple and yet very beautiful.

One issue which annoys me as this doesn’t look good and makes no sense to me:
After pushing the “Send” button, there is a message saying “[Click here to reset the form]”. Why someone wants to send one more message? So why is this for? It looks confusing to someone who writes a message…it looks like a guestbook/comment which is published online and now you have the chance to delete/reset the form.
How can I manage that there is no such message?
