The plugins new version is better and almost all features are for free.

I downloaded the free version and quickly learned that the free version has the most bare-minimum options. Everything in the description for this plugin is in fact only available in the premium version, which I bought ($13) against my better judgment. The premium version also is incredibly shoddy and not straight-forward at all. The CSS gradients field always falls away, the call-to-action button always leads to a broken link (even when you put a valid URL in its field), and the colors don’t work. Furthermore, even if the premium version did work it wouldn’t be very easy for an amateur to use – so user-friendly is the last thing I’d give this points for.
I wouldn’t recommend downloading or investing in this until Web Settler makes MAJOR improvements.

It puts a bar on your website, but it does NOTHING!!!!! You can put in text, but you have to pay to get any use out of it.

All the features in the description are for the pro version, the free one is almost unusable as far as customizations go. You can’t even place it on top. There are way better free options.
