I am having issues with the Facebook & Instagram counters, my Twitter counter seems to be working fine but insta and facebook just are stuck on 0?

In my environment i have this

Environment
Plugin Version: 1.0
WordPress Version: 4.9.4
WP Multisite Enabled: No
Web Server Info: Flywheel/4.1.0
PHP Version: 5.6.34-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1
fsockopen/cURL: Your server has fsockopen and cURL enabled.
WP Remote Get: wp_remote_get() was successful.

Everything looks like it should work but it’s just.. not?

loving the plugin, really, but now instagram counter not updating ?what can I do?

Hi,

I only use the Twitter and Facebook counters.
The Twitter counter works perfectly but the facebook counter shows 0 followers (which is wrong), but still clicks through to my facebook page.
I have checked several times and it appears to be setup correctly.
I’m hoping the plugin developers can take a look and see what is going wrong?

Its been several hours, and the counts remain the same.

On my blog it says 74 listens, but I have 74 followers. My listen count is much higher.

Can this be fixed to show the total listens number?

Hi! I have all of my numbers showing up except PInterest. I have my user name in there correctly. Does it take time to show up?

It’s probably easier to take the information from the profile page instead the api for now.. All the plugins i tried did not work but one that was not using the api but the profile…

I just downloaded the Silicon Social Counter and I love it. It looks great and works well….for the most part. I’m having one issue, however. The Twitch section does not display a number except for “0” which is incorrect. The username that I have placed in the box is correct. I’ve tried to enter both the URL and the username alone. Neither work. Any clues as to why this problem has occurred?
