In the admin, I would like to be able to access the list of people who signed up for past events so that I can send Thank You emails. Is there a way to do that? (e.g. it’s Sunday and I want to send a thank you to the folks who helped out last Friday night – when I go to the sign-up sheet for that event in wp-admin, the list is empty.)
Thanks!

]]>I usually attribute this type of behavior to WP updates and such, but at some point weeks ago reminder emails stopped working. My Settings/Cron Events shows the usual hooks + those added by plugins, but I don’t see any I can easily identify as Sign-Up sheets. Any ideas? I use Tech Mail Bank w/ a gmail account (test emails and sign-up confirmation emails are working).
Thanks in advance!
]]>Hi, when I click Export Sheet as CSV, nothing happens (the page just refreshes) – I’ve tried on 2 different browsers and not had this issue on this site before so wondering if anything has changed?
]]>Greetings Folks,
after a user signs up for work/task, they get the confirmation page:
“You have been Signed up!”, and at the bottom of the page it states” “you have signed up for the following, Click on clear to remove yourself” however nothing/no task(s) are displayed in the list. I am able to see the current list of volunteers on the admin page. Please advise on where I should be looking to troubleshoot. Thank you.
You can view a screenshot of the error at the below URL. I couild not figure out how to embed the screenshot here.

]]>Hi, I’m trying your plugin and like it very much (except for an error while subscribing to a task that I already submitted in the forum), but I’d find it very useful to have the ability to add an image to each task (my sheet is a list of books to be reviewed to which reviewers must subscribe).
It would also be great if it would be possible to add a file to each task to be sent automatically to the subscribers.
Thank you very much!
]]>Hi,
I’m trying your plugin and it’s terrific, it seems to be exactly what I was searching for but when I try to sign up thi error displays in every situation (even if there are many free spots): ?Sign-ups are no longer being accepted for this sheet.
]]>Does the Pro version of Sign-up Sheets allow people to go back and edit custom sign-up fields after they have signed up for a task?
I hope to use this plug-in to allow people to sign up to lead groups on bicycle rides, then go back and enter the number of participants of the group they lead, after the event. ‘Number in group’ would be a custom field.

Our Pro license recently expired. Is that the cause of the problem? I thought the plugin would keep working after license expiration (just that we can’t install updates), right?
Everything else works fine: our website and the rest of Sign-up Sheets.

]]>So I am not sure if i am missing something somewhere…
On the All Sign-ups page it lists the sign-ups just fine.
Is there a way to get all sign-up sheets listed into a table format with event date shown?
I have not seen any options in the settings unlocked or the pro that indicates a table format.
I am a School Non-Profit Organization AFJROTC Parent Club and would like to be able to list all of the available fundraiser or parent club event sign-ups into table format.
2 columns: Column-1 listing the event date and Column-2 listing the event title.
sorted by date with next event at top of list.
I’m not a big programmer, still learning alot as i go.
Using Free Version
Any help on this is greatly appreciated, thank you for the awesome plugin otherwise
]]>PHP version: 7.4.32
Wordpress version: 6.1
Sign up sheets plugin version: 2.2.5
I’m trying to set up with the free version. When trying to sign up, I get an error “Please check the reCAPTCHA to submit the form.” This seems to happen even though I have default settings, and no reCAPTCHA keys entered. Happens in Chrome and Edge. I can send a link to the page somehow if necessary. Thanks.
]]>Hi,
thank you for your nice plugin. I’m using the free version (might buy the paid one), but I can’t get translations to work (nl_NL) (with Loco). I don’t have any problem with other plugins. Is there something I might be missing?
Everything seems to work fine in Loco, but the translations don’t show.
Thanks in advance!
kind regards,

For some unknown reason, once I activate your plugin, the post excerpts on my blog page no longer show up!
]]>Can we get a field to show the date of signup? Some of our activities are yearly, and we are a volunteer org that changes directors yearly, so it would be helpful to have a date of volunteer signups so new directors can confirm if signups are still valid or from last year. Thanks!
]]>WordPress issue and not a Sign Up Sheets issue but I can’t seem to figure it out. Appreciate any guidance. I’ve set everything up, and it seems to work as advertised although when I click the “View & Sign Up” link it basically opens up as a blog post. I can’t seem to figure out how to change the format of that specific page type. I don’t want users to be signing up on a page that is a post just a generic page with my standard header and footer. Any thoughts would be appreciatea
]]>From the documentation, I see that in the pro version a logged-in user could remove themselves from a signup. Would it also be possible to construct (via wp_query if not yet a feature of the plugin) a “dashboard” for said user that lists their ‘receipts’/signups? We would like users to be able to see all their upcoming/uncompleted tasks, as well as a report of their past/completed tasks (and also a view for admins to see tasks by users as well), but is the data structured in a way that these could be easily queried? Also, am I mistaken that a task on a sheet could hold a custom field to signify actual completion post user-signup? Thanks so much!
]]>Hi, just want to make this a quick sign up form for friends on a weekly event. Don’t need to send out reminders or collect their emails. Just want the slots to be filled up as they sign up until it’s at capacity. Can that be done. I edited out the email section in the code of sign-up-form.php and the email area disappeared like I wanted, but when I fill out my name and hit submit it still says “email required” even though I removed that part. So I’m sure there’s another chunk of code I need to take out but couldn’t find it on that page. Is this doable? Thanks!!!

The problem is that this check runs on every call to admin_init
, regardless of whether there’s an attempted save routine taking place or not. As a result, non-admins are never able to visit any page in the Dashboard.
The highlighted block should come *after* the check for 'submit_hidden'
, not before.

Looking to purchase PRO version but on the free plugin, the test form I created goes in a loop when completing the captcha math problem (it refreshes to the same page but never accepts the sign-up).
If I disable captcha, it will accept the sign-up (of course I want to have captcha enabled…and when I tried reCAPTCHA invisible it returned a fatal error page).
Side note – the accepted sign-up, when managing and hitting “clear” it returns an error page. The name gets removed but the slot does not reopen for a new person to sign-up.
