Hi Team ,

Please help me to fix this . We have used this plugin but some of the roles like administrator ,school admin they are able to see the plugin in their wp dashboard . But SEO Admin can not see the plugin . I checked this is because SEO admin doesn’t have the manage_options capability assigned that’s why its not visible . But in our case we don’t want to assign manage_options capability in any case but we want them to show the plugin in their wp admin dashboard so that they can use it.

Please help me to sort out this as this is on high priority for us ,because we have made the plugin live but SEO admins can not use this and they are raising it again and again.

I have used a Side Menu Lite plugin to show floating menus on home page of the site . I want to translate those menu according to language selected on Home page . I am using String Translation plugin for the translations.

Please help me how can i show translated Menus.

Is there a way when a user clicks the icon on tablet or mobile, it does not open the link (in a new window) but first displays the icon text?
Thats what happens on desktop with the hover effect. But on mobile/tablet there is no hover effect and its confusing when it opens the link straight away, without displaying the side menu text.

Hello, I would like to use your plugin “Side Menu Lite / Pro”. But I can’t find any information on whether your program is GDPR or GDPR compliant. Which cookies are stored where and which data goes where. I would be very happy about an answer.

Hello together, I’m using the plugin and it works how I want on netbook or desktop pc. But my 2 created buttons on the right side are not clickable on mobile and tablets. Do you have any idea or I missed a special setting?

I have purchased ‘side menu pro’ but I am not able to add the 2nd level menu. Under ‘Categories’ i want to add sub-categories and that should appear once I mouseover the ‘categories’. Please help.
