The title says it all! The customer service is great! The developer was very quick to respond and even went as far as sending out an update within hours to fix the bug I found. The plugin has lots of features and I think it is easily one of the best slide out cart plugins out there.

I’m still leaving 5 stars, because I do think it’s a great plugin, but I bought the pro version mostly because they were offering a “lifetime licence” at the time.
Since then, they’ve removed the “lifetime license” language from their website, and refuse to provide updates, claiming that the “lifetime license” they offered was really only a yearly subscription to begin with.
I have the screen shots and receipt showing that what I bought was a “lifetime license.”
. Very disappointing and not entirely ingenuous business practice ??

This little cart plugin is beyond beautiful and fully customisable straight out of the box, for us, nothing else comes close!
However, that’s only half the story… If you want to create something that’s outside of the regular stock setup, the customer support is above and beyond.
If all plugin dev’s followed the example of this developer, WP would be a much happier place.

I have used the Side Cart Pro since 2021 for my website smartlife.ee and else. It allows not to use the WC Cart page template at all and so makes the WC cleaner and faster, more customer-friendly. Few times I have had to ask for support for specific compilation requirements and got quick and appropriate answers. So, very satisfied, great plugin.
