About 1 week ago I was unable to use shutterpress.
There was no problem with the shutterstock account license.
Please tell me how to improve it.

]]>Unfortunately I get the following error message when I download pictures from Shutterstock into my media library: “Image download failed, please try again. Errors: A valid URL was not provided.“
]]>I installed the plugin and attempted to purchase a license at https://www.shutterpress.co. I received notification from Stripe that the payment info was saved, but I have not received a receipt or License from ShutterPress. Additionally, when I tried contacting support though the Zendesk Chat, I received an error on submission.
Is this still plugin still active and supported?
