Perfect! We have a form for the new guests that allows us to make a donation to a charity of their choice. We can’t have people using this form all week long. This is great, turns on when we offer, turns off after the event. Yes!! We put the WPforms shortcode between the Time restrict.

Thank you for this powerful and easy to use plugin. It does exactly what I need. I am using it for educational purposes. Specifically, we want to make some information available at exactly 30 minutes before an exam starts. With your plugin, we are able to set everything up in advance and not worry about it.
I hope that you continue to develop and support it! Thanks so much.

Even worked with my other wp shortcodes so I could display forms during business hours.

I had to publish a contact form on my site, but only after a certain date, and leave it open during a limited period. Your plugin did the job perfectly ! Many thanks for your efforts in developing it, much appreciated !

I’ve designed a conference website. Used this plugin to display count down timer up to beginning of conference, and then displayed conference started message and then display conference ended message.
Works perfectly.
Make sure no caching plugins are used. When used, content will not change and will be served from cache only.
Hats off to developer.

I have a client with a pre-recorded radio show that airs every week at the same time. I receive and upload the recordings ahead of time and set the time to [show] the audio about 5 minutes after each show finishes. This little gem works every time!

This is a well thought out and easy to use plugin that works very well. I wanted to refresh market data when the market is open and not when it’s closed. What might have taken a few days to accomplish, this plugin did in just a few minutes.
One clarification: “on” and “off” parameters specify when to show the information and not when the restriction is on or off (which is what I thought first). So when you nest one restriction within another, the outer restriction must be “on” (i.e., the information is visible) and the inner restriction can be “off” (make it invisible), but it doesn’t seem that the reverse is possible.

Love it!

Every week we publish events at a specific time across several pages. This tool has been flakey. While it works part of the time, other times it does not work.

Finding this plugin made my day, so naturally I didn’t expect it to actually work. But it did work – first time out, thanks to the very clear instructions (something many other plugin authors could learn from this one!)
A very useful plugin. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very powerful, easy to use, and flexible plugin for timing content anywhere a shortcode can be used. Excellent documentation and examples on the plugin’s WP page.
Plugin author appears to be the sort of developer who will keep this plugin updated and working for years to come.
Nice to see dates of version releases in the changelog, too. ??

Thank you – this plugin did exactly what I needed and was straight forward to use.

This is my preferred WordPress plug-in for scheduled content. It is easy to learn, it has all functionality you typically need, and it does not clutter your backend. However, for less experienced users (i.e. content managers of our clients) a GUI to compose a shortcut would be nice.

The plugin is exactly what I was looking for, to show registration information a few weeks before events, and hide it afterward, automatically. My only concern was that I didn’t see a way to base my dates around Thanksgiving, since it falls on a different day of the month every year. I opened a support thread, and the author replied in 21 minutes with clear, simple directions to configure my shortcode to do what I need.

Excellent! Everything is working. Please indicate the possibility of a random time interval, for example [time-restrict on = “2014/09/10 18:00:00-21:00:00”] that u have accidentally opened hide. It is necessary for practical jokes bonus codes and invite codes, and to keep the person on the site.

Exactly what I was looking for! Works perfectly ??

I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Excellent!

Why this isn’t a native part of WP is beyond me – but not only does this work flawlessly – but I was having an issue understanding some of the basics of it (not because the plugin is difficult but because I am an idiot), and the developer not only immediately responded but actually did the work for me. Truly amazing.
This solved so many problems for me – it’s not even funny.
Thank you

I love this – though integrating the logic with some existing css-based logic on the site was challenging (my brain, not the plugin!)
Would have been easier if there were an ‘else’ option in it, but I’ve no idea how hard that would be to develop – could be nice though ??
That said, really useful as it is, and I have no doubt I shall use it on more sites in the future. Many Thanks!

To begin with THANK YOU. An excellent plugin, well designed and well executed.
I used the plugin to prevent visitors from placing on-line orders in Woo Commerce on a take out restaurant website after closing hours. Since the opening and closing hours varied through the week (see below) I used the nested short codes with the “daily” and “weekly” combination to achieve the desired results.
Timmings:
Mon – Thu : 11 am – 10 pm
Fri – Sat : 11 am – 11 pm
Sunday: 12 pm – 9 pm
While using the nested short codes I however noticed that using “1” in the name (e.g. [time-restrict-repeat-1]) is not allowed. This is not explicitly obvious in the description and took me some time to figure out! May I suggest that you consider adding this minor clarification to the description.
That said, this is a brilliant plugin that can be used in multiple ways. Keep it up brother.

I needed to swap out a daily video on a page to show up at 6am every day and thanks to this shortcode i was able to do it, thanks Dave!
Example:
[time-restrict on="2016-01-06 6:00:00" off="2016-01-07 5:59:59"][https://youtu.be/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx][/time-restrict]
[time-restrict on="2016-01-07 6:00:00" off="2016-01-08 5:59:59"][https://youtu.be/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx][/time-restrict]
[time-restrict on="2016-01-08 6:00:00" off="2016-01-09 5:59:59"][https://youtu.be/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx][/time-restrict]
