Any information as to why this plugin has been closed? Is there a problem that means we shouldn’t use it anymore?

We are using the simple shortcode with a few parameters like this :

We’ve tried to test with removing certains parameters but the error is still going on : Private or invalid tour id: h5daH8LhVQH
I need to say that the shortcode was functionning very well until recently…
Any assistance would be really appreciated !

I upgraded from Matterport Shortcode WordPress plugin version 2.1.5 to version 2.1.6. Now, none of my (13) Matterport 3D tours work. Instead, when I press Play, I get a “THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS NOT FOUND” error. I have provided just one of the 13 pages as an example:

]]>The plugin shows black on black titles in the title bar below the main view (bar is black, font is black), i.e. the title only becomes visible, if you hover your mouse over it. Also the “>” icon in the circle is black and the “Explore 3D Space” also shows in black.
Looks like the theme we use overwrites your color informations for these elements? Is there a way I can change them back to normal (or to whatever else color) manually?

I have been trying to add a full address without United States or other changes on the details page. In some cases, I get extra characters. For example, I choose 16 E. 79th St NY, NY 10075 from the dropdown in the text field and get 16 East 79th Street 16 E 79 New York NY 10075 United States. If I remove the 16 E 79 and / or United States, it looks fine in the text area but I get “16 East 79th Street New York NY 10075, 16 E 79” in the full address checkbox, which is what shows up on the site.
]]>We are getting a white label stating “Private or invalid tour id:”. But the spaces are all public and display correctly with the shortcode.

Thank you for this great plugin.
I found one problem in Ipad safari browser(version 11.3), the thumbnails are showing broken.I checked with other browsers and the thumbnails are showing perfectly. Only in safari browser i found this issue.
