I already have one mail chimp widget on my site (on the site front page….not in the shopp part of the site) Will this plugin cause any problems operating on the same site?

This is a great plugin however when I installed the plugin and went to set it up I couldn’t find it anywhere. I am running WordPress 3.4.2. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
