Hi
1- Since update of WooCommerce 9.4.1 and WordPress 6.7, on checkout page order_review is spinning around
I have 4 websites with Shopkeeper, I did update only on stagging websites, the 4 websites have same issue.
It prevents to select a payment, check terms and validate order
I ran a debug with only this configuration
– Theme Twenty Twenty Four
– WordPress 6.7,
– WooCommerce 9.4.1
SCREENSHOT?https://ibb.co/KXKGGgJ
NOTE: I ran a debug with “Health Check” plugin and couldn’t find issue, I ran a second debug manually deactivating also “Health Check”, this debug showed that order_review is spinning around when Shopkeeper Extender is activated
2- Shopkeeper Extender also has notice for translation loading
Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the shopkeeper-extender domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx.com/demo.xxxxx.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114
This issue is related to the new way WP 6.7 handle loading of translation
https://developer.woocommerce.com/2024/11/11/developer-advisory-translation-loading-changes-in-wordpress-6-7/
This needs to be fixed at plugin level
Can you please provide a fix for both issues
Thanks
Regards
Johan
]]>Just in case you didn’t know Sucuri is reporting the app as being vulnerable. Due to xss. I see you updated the app 7 days ago. When I looked 3 days ago I could have sworn I saw the app abandoned. Can you confirm that you’re still developing the app please? Thank you.

Let us know when you’ve addressed the XSS issue so we can also update Sucuri.
]]>I am currently facing a problem using the plugin. The plugin bombards the Server Error Log with the same error more 7,000 times a day:
[21-Feb-2024 06:17:59 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$link_title in /####/####/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shopkeeper-extender/includes/social-media/class-social-media.php on line 528
On average this error is logged more than 5 times per minute, this lead to having a huge error_log
file (~415 MB) and hampers our error logs monitoring.
On the other hand, I can’t deactivate the plugin as it is required by the Shopkeeper theme.
]]>A few of our client’s hosting providers are reporting the app isn’t compatible with their servers PHP versions. We’ll try to get the message, but it’s not within our reach right now. Are you aware of this?
]]>Hello
I have updated on my staging (I can give the link i private) from version 2.0 to 3.0.
The main theme Shopkeeper has the version?: 3.2
nothing is mentionned about the changes on the README but the gtb folder completely changed.
The file plugins/shopkeeper-extender/includes/gbt-blocks/banner/assets/css/style.min.css doesn’t exist anymore and my template was using it…Good thing that I tested on staging before pushing live
If there a reason? a way to fix that? I can copy all needed code from the previous version but the purpose of the plugins is to avoid the hassle ??
Thanks a lot
]]>Our website with the latest WordPress core (WP 6.2.2) and up to date plugin “shopkeeper-extender” version 2.8 is reporting a PHP error. We are running PHP 8.1.21, but the same error was recorded with the earlier shopkeeper-extender plugin when we were running PHP 8.0.29. The developer notes / claims compatibility with PHP 7.4.1 or higher.
The error message from our website’s error log reads:
###### [21-Jul-2023 11:14:45 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$link_title in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shopkeeper-extender/includes/social-media/class-social-media.php on line 522 ######
]]>Hey there,
Updating higher than 1.7.1 creates an error during checkout with wpsmartpay plugin. I was not able to fix it. Is there a way around this or is there a known problem with other payment processors too?
