A blank white space appears & you have to scroll down quite a bit for product to appear
]]>Hi,
We are using the plugin on our site but the issue is that the site disconnects automatically after couple of days and we have to re-connect it again everytime.
Please advice.
Thanks
Shweta
It was very promising at first but fell short. We were hoping to use it to avoid having to integrate a Shopify site with our WordPress site. We thought we would be able to avoid having to maintain 2 front ends especially the time it takes to make both themes match. But we discovered a few shortcomings which were deal-breakers:

Hi
I want customers visiting my webshop to be able to add the products they want to the cart, but when I make a blog post and put a product in the post I want customers to go directly to checkout.
Can I adjust my settings so that I have a “Add to cart” button in my store and at the same time be able to put a “checkout” button in blog posts?
]]>When going to the settings page of the Shopify plugin or when attempting to add products to the WYSIWYG via the button, I am getting an error with the iframe that attempts to load: “widgets.shopifyapps.comundefined’s server DNS address could not be found.” I am unable to login to my Shopify account to use the plugin. This is when I am using Chrome. I am not encountering the issue in Firefox.
]]>I have 4-5 different self hosted WordPress domains and would like to sell different products (each in their own collections) from just one Shopify store.
Using the shortcodes is it possible to do this? Can I connect multiple domains to one Shopify account/store using this plugin on each site?
For example I have one site that deals with Dog Toys and one site that deals with Cat Toys but I sell both collections on my Shopify store. Can I “point” each site to their respective collections on the same store?
Hope this makes sense. I know some plugins allow multiple connections. thanks!
]]>Hi, I’m interested in selling digital products so I would like to remove the ‘Quantity’ selectors in the shopping cart. Is this possible? Maybe a file I can edit the code to remove this?
In addition, I was also trying to use the embed code rather than this plugin to resolve some design issues, but notice it doesn’t seem to be compatible with Visual Composer. If I turn off Visual Composer it is fine, but when on, the button doesn’t show up. Is this something that will possibly be addressed?
Thank you in advance for your help.
]]>Hello,
We are running Shopify on multiple WP sites. Each site has it’s own collection. The problem arrives when the site is loaded many times the shopify collection will not load. This even happens on an incognito window with that does not use cache. When I hard refresh it always works. When the Shopify plugin does not function and I inspect with chrome I get a
“Fetch API cannot load https://widgets.shopifyapps.com/v4/adapter_props?shop=blissedoutgeek.myshopify.com. The ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header has a value ‘https://www.unicornthingy.com’ that is not equal to the supplied origin. Origin ‘https://www.dolphinthings.com’ is therefore not allowed access. Have the server send the header with a valid value, or, if an opaque response serves your needs, set the request’s mode to ‘no-cors’ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.”
The value can vary. It could be one site or another. I am assuming it is the last one that we visited. Right now we have 7 sites loading the shopify plugin this way. With more to come shortly.
All of the sites are created with the Divi theme. Are there any compatibility issues?
What would be the proper approach to fix this? Is this a cache issue?
]]>In the cart pane that opens on the right, is there a way to add a custom message? (ie. above the Checkout button, it current reads, “Shipping and discount codes are added at checkout.”)
Is there any way to edit this or add a message elsewhere in this pane? I have a customer who ships internationally, but wants to have a note about contacting them prior to checkout.
Please advise. Thanks,
Jason
I have the “shopping cart” icon come up on the right hand side of the page.
Is there any way of adjusting the location of that ? eg move it higher or lower ?
Also wondering if i can put a link in my menu bar for the “shopping cart” ?
Since the shopping cart for this plugin is not tied to the main shopify cart I’m not too sure what to put for the link to open the shopping cart for this shopping cart.
thanks
]]>Hi guys,
I’m looking at Shopify to add to my (currently under construction) website, and I’ve got things looking fairly decent on the computer browsing side of things, however when browsing on a mobile device, each product seems a tad too large and therefore a lot of scrolling is required, is there any way to make these smaller so maybe 2/3 fit on a line on mobile devices scaled? The website with a password is below. Thanks

In the interest of faster loading times, I’d like to only load the Shopify javascript on the “Shop” page of my site. How would I go about doing that? I understand this would cause the shopping cart to not appear on other pages, which is ok.
Ideally the Shopify script would load once the person goes to our Shop page, and then after that it would load on every page, following them around… is that possible?
]]>Hi. Using latest version of Shopify WP plugin, all of my prices are showing with a dollar sign. In my shopify store, the currency is set to GBP.
I’m using the plugin shortcode to embed a collection. I think this problem might have developed with a recent plugin update – that’s all that has changed on the site since products were displaying, correctly, with a pound sign.
You can see an offending page at https://www.mavazi.co.uk/mens-clothing/
Thanks for your help!
]]>Since the recent updates, all of the product images and buttons have disappeared from my site! The code is still there so I’m not sure what the issue is. Please help!
]]>Hi
Is it possible to import all products as posts? So that each product has its own unique URL or will I have to manually create posts for each one?
]]>Could you update your changelog so we can see what changes are in the latest updates?
]]>Hi,
Thanks for the nice plugin.I wanted to know whether it is possible to add the shortcode in template like I tried to do following :
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[shopify embed_type=”product” shop=”my-shop-name” product_handle=”1-4-zip-mock” show=”all”]’); ?>
But it did not display anything, the same product gets displayed when I put this in content of page in dashboard.
Please help, how can I display the product in my templates ?
]]>I am working on adding a shopify cart to a website. Some of our products have several pricing options depending on the variant selected. We have a certain way we would like to list the items in the dropdown and that doesn’t necessarily correspond to the pricing. We are listing products by collection on the WP site. When we put our variants in the order we want, the price on the site always shows the first listed, not the lowest price. Is there a way to list the variants in the order that we want, but have the page display the price as the lowest price of all the variants?
]]>We are using the Shopify plugin to display collections of products on the site. Some of our products have multiple prices per the variant selected. On the Shopify collection page (when you are on an actual Shopify site) the price will show as “From {{price}}” and I know that I can change the word From to whatever I want it in the Language settings. But, on the plugin, that doesn’t show up. Is there a way to get that to show up in the plugin as well?
]]>So we’re trying to get a couple options put together on the site, for customized items – support said we should post here to see if anyone has an idea on how to potentially get this working. So what we want to do is get a couple options up and running on our shopify plugin where users can upload an image for product customization. Is this possible to do inside the plugin? I know there’s apps that can be applied to the shopify end of things, but everything I’ve been told seems to show that these apps don’t carry over to the wordpress end of things.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, trying to get this up and running as soon as possible.
]]>I am using the modal popup for my products and it looks great. However, there are a lot of variants for our products, so for the page that lists the products, I don’t want to show the pricing until after they select the image and then update to the variants they desire. I’ve seen info on how to do this over at Shopify, but nothing that works with WordPress. Please advise. Thanks.
]]>i’ve added this plugin, added a product, and then have a pull out cart on the right side of the screen. However, when i click “checkout,” i get a very small popup window that is mobile sized. how can i just have it redirect within the same browser window at the same size. that’s fine that the URL changes. a small popup is not functional.
]]>When I add a product to my cart from a WordPress page (placed using this plugin), the cart on my main Shopify page does not show the product in the cart.
Is there a way to have the plugin cart and the Shopify store cart display the same products?
thank you
]]>I blew 3 hours today and 20 mins with Shopify support to find out – on a hunch – that this Plugin (nor the embed code provided on Shopify’s site) doesn’t work with WordPress multisite. Has anyone else experienced this and is there some kind of fix or workaround?

Hi there,
While testing the plugin in IE10/IE11, I’ve noticed a couple issues with the css. Sadly, I can’t add my own styling to fix these issues since the plugin’s css is in a style block in an iframe. Please help me. You are my only hope…
Let me know if you’d like to see pictures of the issues.
Issue #1:
Cart icon is going out of frame in the Cart Toggle
.shopify-buy__cart-toggle{
padding: 8px 10px;
}
.shopify-buy__cart-toggle__count{
margin-bottom: 10px;
}
Potential Fix #1:
.shopify-buy__cart-toggle{
padding: 5px 10px;
}
.shopify-buy__cart-toggle__count{
margin-bottom: 0;
}
Issue #2:
Image in modal is going up and out of the modal frame
.shopify-buy__product__variant-img{
top: 50%;
transform: translateY(50%);
}
Potential Fix #2:
.shopify-buy__product__variant-img{
top: 0;
transform: translateY(0%);
}
Issue #3:
Between 510px and 815px the closing tag (x) is floating outside of the modal.
@media all and (max-width:800px){
.shopify-buy__btn–close{
position: fixed;
}
}
Potential Fix #3:
Remove that css all together since you apply it at max-width: 499px
Issue #4:
The shopify-buy__modal-scroll-contents class code for the modal is not working. In other browser it makes that section scroll if content exceed height allocated.
Potential fix #4:
Giving a height to the class fixes the problem.
.shopify-buy__modal-scroll-contents{
height: 300px;
}
Issue #5:
There are two arrows displayed in the option select on the modal.
Potential fix #5:
Remove the icon when on IE and relocate space icon was taking
.shopify-buy__option-select__select{
padding-right: 0px;
}
.shopify-buy__select-icon{
display: none;
}
Hello! How would I replace the price of a product with “sold out” when it’s sold out / out of stock? There must be some sort of CSS option for this, and I imagine you’d have to edit the shopify-ecommerce-shopping-cart/includes/class-output.php (maybe?)
help …

]]>Hi Shopify,
We get this error message on inspect element:
“A Parser-blocking, cross-origin script, https://widgets.shopifyapps.com/assets/widgets/embed/client.js, is invoked via document.write. This may be blocked by the browser if the device has poor network connectivity.(anonymous function) @ (index):1009”
The plugin author needs to update the code.
Are you the right person to ask this request and can it be done quickly?
]]>I have minmaxify on shopify but it doesn’t work on the wordpress using this plugin.
