This plugin looks great for our needs. For admin to place an order over the phone using the front end. However, our clients calling to place orders often do Not have an email address (elderly people) and thus cant place an order for them as the email field is mandatory. If there a way to turn off email as a mandatory if selecting ‘Place Shop as Client’ ?

I use Shop as a Client with the Pro add on and since a few eeks while I have the problem that the taxes are calculated wrong. My shop location is Spain and when I have a client from Germany that I wanna assign an order to, it always pulls me the tax settings for Spain.
When I visit the shop in incognito mode however as a guest, the tax calculation is correct for each country. So there must be a problem with your plugin. Is this issue known already?

]]>The user fields from your plugin are not visible on the checkout page because I’m using this pro checkout field editor plugin. I’ve tested this because when I deactivate that plugin then your user fields are visible. I really need the checkout field editor plugin and also really need your plugin. So I was wondering if there is a quick fix/code with which I can see the user fields and make use of your functionality?
If needed I can send temporary access to the admin.

Here was my test scenario.
logged in as admin, checking out as guest. No account to be created.
In the credit card panel (using stripe) I can choose to save the card info. So I did. I was hoping you just ignored the request but it saved the guest checkout card details to the admin account.
Any way to skip/ignore the saving of card details when its not accurate to the flow of the shop as client checkout?

Example
Member 1 – wants to buy 4 event tickets (simple woocommerce product)
Out of the 4 tickets, he wants to assign them to 3 other members (his friends) and 1 ticket to himself.
He will pay for the entire order (4 tickets) and get the money off his friends in real life

Hi, when I am adding a new order as customer there isn’t an option for me to add an email address to the order at the checkout, it is using my default admin email address for the order.
Also when the order is placed, it is putting this “on-hold”, does that mean when I change status to processing the customer will automatically receive a new order notification, or does this need to be done manually?

I’m using the Pro version of this plugin, and I have been having issues with critical errors on my website. Whenever I check the error logs on WP Engine after triggering the fatal error, I get a message with the following:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_support_link() on null in /nas/content/live/clcboatsprod/wp-content/plugins/shop-as-client-pro/includes/class-shop-as-client-pro.php:139
I checked this line of code, and it seems like the $this->updater object that’s supposed to have the method is set to null for some reason. Would anyone know how I can fix this issue? I am on version 1.9.2 of Shop as Client, and 1.9.1 of the Pro version.

How do you access guest orders from the front end of the site, once you have check them out? I can not find the order, as it does not appear in my user “orders” under “my account”. I need access to duplicate and edit guest orders that have already been processed.

We are now trying to implement the plugin “Wholesale for WooCommerce” for specific customers.
When selecting a customer during checkout, the wholesale discount is not being applied.

Also – when searching a client, ex: “ABC” it shows the list – however it shows it by some random number ex: #15, #25 – is it possible to have it show the customer name, or do I need to change something (can’t find anything) about how the customers are listed.
