The value of a gift certificate is getting doubled in value when sent to shipworks. Shipworks support team looked into it from their end and found that the doubled value is what is being sent to shipworks.
I submitted a support email to you a few days ago and have had not response.
Hope someone knows something about this issue.
Thanks,
David

]]>I am using Shipworks Connector And WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro by SkyVerge. I recently added a prepend of W-{YY} to all orders. This yields an order number like W-YYNNNN. This change has caused shipworks uploads to Woocommerce fail with the error:
“An error occurred uploading shipment information for order NNNNN” where NNNNN is the order number without the prepend.
Looking into Shipworks table dbo.Order, there are two columns referencing the order number, OrderNumber and OrderNumberComplete. The former is only the WooPost number (NNNNN) while the second is the prepended order number (W-YYNNNNN)
Is there any way to get the plugin to update the Order info using OrderNumberComplete?
]]>Hello,
We are selling motor bike parts which needs visual confirmation before shipping them. It will be very helpful if we see a hyperlink for each shipping product instead of just the name in the shipworks. We talked to the shipworks already and they confirmed that you can help us with this issue. currently we have two stores one in ebay another one in woocommerce. The orders from ebay we see them as a hyperlink which connect us to the page of that product so we can check the product with its picture before shipping it. We want the same accessibility in our woocommerce store. The shipworks support said that this information (the product page address) is not sending to shipworks from the plugin but you might be able to help us to transfer this data as well.

]]>I am using a plugin called Sequential Orders that does three things.
Started new orders at a given number. (1001xxxx)
Prefixed orders with a string (W-)
Keeps all actual orders sequential.
#1 was important because with we implemented woo in place of a 20 year old store and single digit order numbers have duplicates in our database. in the admin console, everything is working exactly as expected.
In Shipworks, however, all the orders are still the underlying Woo orders (post Id?) and colliding with very old orders.
Is there anyway to get SWC to use the order number field instead of the record number?
]]>There was another thread with this title 5 years ago that indicated the feature was on the roadmap. It appears this problem still exists.
When I change an order to completed in Woocommerce, the Completed event fires and the completed email is sent. When I do this in Shipworks and update Woo via the connector, it does not fire.
Is there a fix?
]]>I am redesigning a site that is currently using WooCommerce + ShipWorks. On this new dev site, I am hoping to be able to connect to that same ShipWorks store.
From what I can see, the only way to use this plugin is to create a new store in SW and then link to it from within SW. Is there a way to connect my new site to an existing store from within the WordPress background and not ShipWorks?
]]>Hi, in a previous topic about this plugin:
https://woocommerce.com/products/shipment-tracking/
…it was stated: It just separate tracking numbers out of the note and add a link to the carrier for tracking. If you don’t use this plugin, the tracking number will go in the Order Note
Just to check, a link will show up in customer’s woo account automatically linking to tracking service/website of carrier (for example, UPS)?
Also, the shipping tracking plugin adds a link somehow to the woo emails. Will your plugin integrate with the feature and automatically make that link lead to tracking service (UPS, etc)?
I’m just trying to see how everything works before I go and purchase woo shipping tracking plugin. Thanks for any clarification.

I’m the lead developer of CheckoutWC (https://www.checkoutwc.com) and we would like to add support for ShipWorks.
Can you provide a code example of how to get a list of the tracking number(s) associated with an order?

Can anyone link me a version of 4.7 and 4.8 – for some reason one of our client websites is having issues after the update to the newest version and I can’t remember which version we were on before.
]]>Hello,
Our invoice totals inside Woocommerce are correct but the totals inside Shipworks are not. It looks like optional product upgrades from the Woocommce “Product Add-ons” extension aren’t getting considered. We have the most up-to-date version of your plugin.

]]>Hello, we recently purchased this plugin for a new website but we’ve found that product dimensions aren’t being sent to shipworks. The shipping method also doesn’t seem to be automatically mapped. Any idea what might be causing this?
]]>Hello!
Our developers have created an optional processing fee on our website for customers who want their order quicker. If this fee is added it will show up in WooCommerce but it won’t on the Shipworks invoices.
Example > Customers subtotal (without fee) is $40.00. Customers adds fee and it becomes $50.00.
On Woocommcere the order total will show correctly as $50.00 but will show incorrectly on shipworks as $40.00.
The developer states they’re using core WooCommerce Fee functionality to apply the rush processing fee to an order.

Bryan

]]>Hi, We are the developers of the Advanced Shipment Tracking (AST) plugin for WooCommerce. We would like to add compatibility with your plugin so you will add the tracking info to our order meta fields, we are using the same order meta fields as the WC shipment tracking extension which you already support.
See this code we did for compatibility with ship station:
https://gist.github.com/zorem/554da02b348474c56280254520d594b6
Please let me know if you can add the compatibility to your plugin or provide me with the hook you are using and we will create the snippet for users to add to functions.php

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way to pass an order’s tracking ID (e.g. Fedex) from Shipworks to Woocommerce other than by way of notes? Ideally when an order is set to Completed in Shipworks, it would update the order in Woocommerce with the tracking ID before sending a customer shipping notification. Just wanted to see if there was a quick way to handle this connector or if it would require some programming.
Thanks!

]]>Hello,
Since updating to ShipWorks Connector Version 3.8.9, the following notice related to the plugin is being logged in the wpcontent/debug.log file at a rate of about 12 per minute.
PHP Notice: Undefined index: action in /home/account/public_html/domain-com/wp-content/plugins/shipworks-e-commerce-bridge/controler.php on line 158
We receive and process 1 to 3 orders a day, yet in a day there are thousands of these notices and within a few days the debug.log file gets large enough to exhaust the hosting quota and take the site down if it is not deleted. Could you please look into this immediately? It was not an issue with previous versions of your plugin.
Thanks,
David

]]>If a user updates their Shipping Address via Woocommerce’s ‘My Account’ page, changes don’t go into Shipworks.
Is this a bug, or a lack of functionality with the plugin? Is there a workaround?
I have disabled the user’s ability to update shipping address in the meantime (simple CSS display:none; for now), but it’d be nice if changes to the WordPress User updated within Shipworks.
