Now this version does not support the new version of WOOCOMMERCE. Since it cannot be updated, it is temporarily disabled. I hope the creator can update it as soon as possible. It is very easy to use this program.
]]>Am I correct in thinking that the store’s currency must be set to HKD? My store is based on USD (but with currency conversions available to HKD, GBP etc). When using this plugin, postage rates of e.g. HK$56 were added to the total as US$56, thereby charging the customer nearly 8 times too much.

After a recent update, I found that if I select Hong Kong in the shopping cart at the front desk, I can use the function.
But choosing an international location, such as the United States/UK, etc., will automatically hide your plug-in.
Obviously I have checked all the international parcel options in the backend

Known Issue
This plugin applies additional weight ‘at’ instead of ‘after’ and so there would be minor rate descrepancy compared to Hongkong Post Postage Calculator.
This will be fixed in the upcoming feature release.
When “State / County” isn’t chosen, for most countries, clients will not see shipping options at all, nor will they see an error message. So the checkout page will look as if shipping is free, and they will only pay the cost of the products.

In the new release 1.1 your shipping option “HK Post” never shows up. I know from debugging mode that WooCommerce matched the correct zone, which in the settings had the “HK Post” method assigned to it.
I tested this with testers from HK, Canada and Macao. All filling out their complete address.
The new release 1.1 adds additional delivery services.
IMPORTANT – CONFIGURATION CHANGE
New release uses instance settings to add/remove delivery service for a shipping method.
Scenario: Enable local delivery services for Hong Kong shipping zone, and international delivery services for United States.
To configure for above scenario you would need atleast 2 shipping zone – one for Hong Kong and another covering United States. Now for the shipping zone covering Hong Kong add Hongkong Post shipping method and edit to enable local delivery services for this shipping zone. Likewise, for the other shipping zone add and edit Hongkong Post shipping method enabling international delivery services.
