Your plugins is telling me “Please fill the shipping from address in plugin settings.” but your previous instructions to “fill the shipping from address under plugin settings>Shipping From Address.” doesn’t work, as there are no settings under that area.

Where is this resolved?

I installed the plugin and its great.. but I have staffs and I am managing their roles to add orders or process orders.. but the print shipping label they cannot access if i am going to make them access i need to enable manage_woocommerce, but the problem is i don’t want them to see all settings in woocommerce..

is there any specific role that that print label button is publicly accessible please

When my address text or the recipients name contains umlauts like ? and ?, they display as question marks in the shipping label when the cyrillic encoding is on. If it is off, there are more weird symbols in place of the umlauts.

For example:
J??skel?inen –> J??skel?inen or J?¤?¤skel?¤inen
Retriittity? –> Retriittity? or Retriittity??

Can anything be done about this?

The amount displayed on invoice when coupon applied seems to be incorrect. In the invoice the price, subtotal and the total values are all the same when there is a cart discount. Shouldn’t the value of price and subtotal be 100 and shouldn’t the total be 90 when a 10% discount is applied. All the values are printed as 90 in the invoice.

Hi there, I downloaded this plugin but it didn’t do what I expected it to. I currently use Woocommerce services to print and pay for my usps shipping labels on each order. Does the pro version really do bulk shipping where you can select each processing order and purchase and print all labels at once from there? I do not want to purchase and then find out that is not the bulk printing it was meant to do. Thanks!

Great plug-in.
Some issues with fonts.
On screen it looks great.
PDF saves with a different font.
Prints out with a different font, which has some spacing issues.
Any suggestions.

I have a strange problem when I print out a shipping label. Even if the address is correct on the admin order side of woocommerce, when I print out a label, it reverses the order of state and postcode.
For example the order reads Fred Smith, 123 Jones Street, Townsville Queensland 4810

However, when I print a shipping label, it now reads Fred Smith, 123 Jones Street, Townsville 4810 Queensland. The State and Postcode fields are reversed.

Are you able to advise how to get the address to read correctly. I am using the latest update of shipping labels and latest version of woocommerce.

Hello again.
I would like to ask to double check the following issue:
If I have German umlauts like ?, ? or ü in the output string the entire string will not be added.
For example, please add as city from the vendor “Zürich” and print the label. In my case the city is missing. If I change it to “Zuerich”, everything is as it should. Same for the shiping to address. If the city is “K?ln”, the city string is missing.
It happend if “Check this to enable Cyrillic encoding” is checked as well it is unchecked.
Could you please double check and give me a solution for this?

I have to customize the address on the shipping label for European needs. How can I do so? By copying the file wf-4-6-pdf-template.php to the child themes folder shipping-labels-for-woo/wf-template it is not working.
Any advice how to cusomize the PDF template?

I just redirected this site from a temp domain to the live domain and after the redirect, the “purchase shipping label” button on the order page has disappeared. Nothing else has changed (no new plugins). Does anyone know what might have happened?

Hi just installed this plugin and the settings are updated. When I try to print a label on an order the screen is blank. Our system details:

WooCommerce Shipping Label (BASIC) 2.2.9
Woocommerce 3.5.1
PHP 5.6.38
Wordpress 4.9.8

We also have USPS (WooCommerce Services) enabled to allow postage to be charged to the customer, but we don’t want to use their shipping label print, we want to be able to just print the label without a prepaid shipping barcode and get it paid at the post office. I suspect this may be why your plugin is not working. Is it possible to use your plugin within this environment?

Is there anyway to have the tracking number added to the order confirmation email? I want to print a USPS label w/ signature confirmation, then have the tracking number automatically added to the confirmation email when it goes out.

I have downloaded WoooCommerce Shipping Label but have no option to put in our company logo….
It only allows me to print or download label and under the settings there is a button to upload image under General/Custom logo however when I click on it it appears to be inactive?

I installed this plugin and when I click on “download shipping label”, it opens a preview file where there is an extra interline between recipient name and recipient address and even worse, the phone number of the recipient is overlapping with the custom footer making both info not readable.
How this can be fixed?

by creating a shipping label, this message appears “You need to Add Shipping from Address to Print shipping label”, although shipping address is displayed in order-details.
