United states shipping rules work perfectly. However, when a customer tries to order from outside the united states, the maximum shipping charge is locked in at $13.00. For example here are the rules for Canada
Name=”Single Item”;Articles ==1;Shipping=10.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==2;Shipping=10.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==3; Shipping=16.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==4;Shipping=16.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==5;Shipping=16.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==6;Shipping=16.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==7;Shipping=16.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==8;Shipping=16.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==9;Shipping=24.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==10;Shipping=24.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==11;Shipping=24.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==12;Shipping=24.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==13;Shipping=36.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==14;Shipping=36.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==15;Shipping=36.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles==16;Shipping=36.00
Name=”Multiple Items”;Articles>16;Shipping=40.00
As you can see, if a customer has 3 items in the cart, the shipping charge should be $16.00. However it stays at 13.00 when 3 or more items are ordered. I have made sure it is pulling the correct rule by changing the name for the rule. The change of the rule is seen on the front end but the shipping charge is still pulling 13.00 from somewhere. Its as if there is another setting overriding the function but I am completely clueless . Any help would be appreciated. here is a link to the website. https://www.nehrecords.com/
]]>Hi,
FYI Shipping by Rules for WooCommerce 16.6 doesn’t work with WooCommerce 3.4.1. It gives a white screen when activated.
Extension was really awesome until then btw.
I’ll wait for an update to put it back on!

]]>Projektplanung:
Versand von gro?en Maschinen mit Spedition in DE und EU
Shipping by rules geignet ?
Hi,
When having subscription based products the plugin doesnt work correctly. I have this code:
Name=; 21<=ZIP2<=27; 0
Warning=”Sorry wij bezorgen niet op deze postcode. “; NoShipping
Which works fine for normal products.
But when checking out with subscription based product it forgets to check it the first time, only after second correction in the zipcode it works. You can try it yourself.
Example when i fill in 2700xx zipcode it works, but changing it to 2800xx will still show it is valid to ship. CLick buy it will prevent order. After retyping 2800xx it shows it correctly.

Also when the subscription product has a trial it doesnt show the shipping options.
I am using the woocommerce subscription plugin.
]]>Hi there.
Your plugin is great, but I was wondering… is it possible using either the free or advanced plugin to set up a shipping rule based on the user’s role? If so, how can I achieve this?
Thanks in advance
]]>I’m trying to activate advanced shipping by rules and receive the following fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /home/somagene/staging/1/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 539
I’m using PHP 5.6 which is newer and already supports functions.anonymous
Please advise.
Thanks!
]]>Today I upgraded WP and plugins to the latest versions, including WooCommerce (3.2.1) and free version of Shipping By Rules (2.0.2). I also switched the Legacy SBR to the new Shipping Zone rules. I immediately see a problem on the View Cart page, where Shipping By Rules are added to the total before the purchaser ever enters billing or shipping address info. This is so wrong.
In WC Settings|Shipping Options:
* uncheck Enable shipping calculator on the cart page
* check Hide shipping costs until an address is entered
So add an item to the cart, then View Cart. The cart page shows the table of items, and below it:
Cart totals
Subtotal $30.00
Total $33.50
[Proceed to checkout]
The $3.50 difference is the Shipping By Rules value based on the SHOP address. This is pretty bad, since it looks like a calculation error. If it were me I’d be pretty suspicious and think twice about continuing with the purchase. Plus it totally disregards the Shipping Options I set.
Is this a problem with the core WC, the SBR plugin or something else?
]]>Hello,
Could you tell me if your application is compatible with the SendCloud | Smart Shipping Service plugin?
If not, I recommend you develop your plugin in order to bring this compatibilities.
It is the plug-in No. 1 in Western Europe (France Belgium Holland and Germany) which takes charge of the ordering and payment of parcels for the major European carrier (DPH DHL UPS b-post postNL …)
Could you just tell me if you can develop your plugin or not?
If so, could you tarnish me about the evolution of this potential evolution?
This, so I can evaluate when we can integrate your joint services.
Regards,
Gilles
]]>I have some trouble limiting orders to one country only, the rest should get a message saying they should contact us by email.
I now have this (selected country for the rule is the Netherlands)
Name=Please contact us by email for orders outside the Netherlands;NoShipping
Name=Gratis verzending / Free Shipping; 200<=Amount; 0
Name=Verzendkosten / Shipping;Amount<25; Shipping=4.95
Name=Verzendkosten / Shipping;Amount<200; Shipping=6.95
This has driven me mad all afternoon!
The description of this plugin reads “Number of articles or different products in the order”
That’s what I need. If someone orders 1-6 jars we charge $14 s/h. If they order 7-12 jars we charge $18 s/h.
How do I do that?
]]>Hi guys, I’ve updated WooCommerce to 2.6.1 and I’ve started to receive this error in the admin areas and on the basket page:
Warning: Declaration of Shipping_by_Rules::calculate_shipping($package) should be compatible with WC_Shipping_Method::calculate_shipping($package = Array) in /var/sites/m/madabouthorror.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shipping-by-rules-for-woocommerce/includes/rules-shipping-method.php on line 166
Do you know if this is a problem with the plugin, my settings or incompatibility with the latest version of WooCommerce?
Cheers

]]>Hi,
I’m having problems with composite products: they are not counted as one article, even if I create a composite product consisting of two virtual products.
As far as I understand it they should be handled as one article for shipping by default because there’s a box to activate “Per-Item shipping” (by default this is disabled).
Is there a way to create rules for composite products (as one article)?
Thanks!
