Hi, I am bit confused what to put in the field: Shipment Tracking > Shiprocket > Pickup Location in plugin.
When pushing the order to shiprocket I am getting this error:
Failed to push order to shiprocket, got error response from shiprocket: ‘{“message”:”Wrong Pickup location entered. Please choose one location from the data given”,”data”:…..
Please let me know the solution for this issue.

]]>I am not sure if it is related to the tracker plugin, I am using Fluent SMTP and new order notification works fine , customer receives email when order is place. so SMTP works fine.
But the Order status email is not being triggered correctly, it gets triggered without receipient email and hence failing, so when the order is picked up or in transit, it does trigger email but without recipient and hence failing.
So my customer is not getting any tracking email.

]]>We are using nimbuspost . Our order status does change to completed once shipment is picked as expected. But until and unless I click “Sync Tracking Now” button inside the order, the tracking link is not triggered in Email.
Is there a way so that I don’t have to click ” Sync tracking now ” every now and then instead it syncs on its own and send tracking link automatically on shipment status like In transit, out for delivery, delivered.

We have created a WooCommerce website with Shiprocket integration for shipping. Once the default push order status option is enabled, the tracking details are automatically updated once the order is processed.
But here, I’m not received in this manner. Once the push order status is enabled, the order status changes to pending instead of shipped, and I don’t receive the tracking details automatically even after enabling the option in Ship rocket.

I am using custom order status and shipment tracker for woocommerce. My shipping provider is NimbuzzPost.
I am not getting status updates for every order and cannot understand the reason.
I am a bit confused on order statuses section. I am not sure what input I should provide there.
at present, I have given Processing, Delivered, In Transit, RTO, Completed, Booked. (few extra status as per nimbuzzpost settings)
please suggest if I should not use custom statuses or is there any workaround?
