ich nehme an du verwendest das Plugin "shipcloud für WooCommerce"? Dieses verursacht das Problem. Wenn du dieses deaktivierst, sollte der Download der PDFs fehlerfrei funktionieren.
Es l?dt wie andere Plugins automatisch PHP-Klassen. Hier wird anscheinend immer die Klasse FPDF ben?tigt und diese stets eingebunden.
Jedoch l?dt sie nicht die eigentliche FPDF Bilbiothek, sondern "tcpdi.php".
Das ganze sieht man in der Datei

Da FPDF nun schon geladen wurde, l?dt es German Market nicht mehr erneut. Das Problem ist, dass hier gar nicht FPDF geladen wurde.
Die Klasse, die hier enthalten ist, enth?lt nicht die Methode "AliasNbPages" - und daher stürzt die Generierung ab.
Ein anderer Kunde von uns meldete, das das Problem seit dem Update von shipcloud besteht.
Das Problem muss von shipcloud behoben werden, da diese hier wie gesagt die notwendige Bibliothek falsch laden.

since your Plugin rewrite (2.x) the PDF Generation in German Market https://marketpress.de/shop/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce-german-market/ is broken.
I contacted Marketpress (Developer of German Market) and they found the problem:
The plugin “shipcloud for WooCommerce” causes the problem.
If the plugin is deactivated, the download of the PDFs works without errors.
It automatically loads PHP classes like other plugins. Here, it seems that the FPDF class is always needed and it is always included.
However, it does not load the actual FPDF library, but “tcpdi.php”.
The whole thing can be seen in the file
plugins/shipcloud-for-woocommerce/vendor/composer/autoload_classmap.php:

Now that FPDF has already been loaded, German Market will not reload it. The problem is that FPDF was not loaded here at all.

Hi,
I would like to hide the “Tracking & Tracing” headline on the thank you page. As the order just has been made, there is no tracking code yet. So its confusing for the user. Is there a way to hide this headline, when there is no information?
That would improve the UX a lot.

]]>I just upgraded to a professional account and had GLS enabled. However, GLS is not showing up as an option on the shipment creation block on the order page. It’s also not showing up as an option on the settings page.
Do you have any idea how to get GLS to show up as an option? I’ve tried purging all caches, but it didn’t help.

habe im Websitezustand 2 kritische Probleme, welche offenbar durch shipcloud ausgel?st werden (quasi schon ewig).
1. Es wurde eine aktive PHP-Sitzung erkannt
Eine PHP-Sitzung wurde durch einen session_start()-Funktionsaufruf erzeugt. Dies beeintr?chtigt die REST-API- und Loopback-Anfragen. Die Sitzung sollte von session_write_close() geschlossen werden, bevor irgendwelche HTTP-Anfragen erfolgen.
2. Deine Webseite konnte eine Loopback-Anfrage nicht abschlie?en
Loopback-Anfragen werden verwendet, um geplante Ereignisse auszuführen, und werden auch von den integrierten Editoren für Themes und Plugins verwendet, um die Stabilit?t des Codes zu überprüfen.
Die Loopback-Anfrage an deine Website ist fehlgeschlagen, das bedeutet, dass Funktionen, die sich auf sie verlassen, derzeit nicht wie erwartet funktionieren.
Fehler: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
–> hier hat leider auch die Anpassung des timeouts in der API.php nicht geholfen.

After updating the plugin, the option to use Additional services has been added, which is in it self fine. The problem is, that the checkmark on there is preselected and if we select a carrier which does not support any additional services – such as UPS – an error note gets triggered, wich prevents label creation: “Please provide properties for the advanced_notice service”
This can be worked around if we deselect the checkbox before choosing such a carrier. But to do this every day for every order is very annoying/ time consuming. Is there a way how you can rethink how this is implemented?
E.g. you already display this note that tells “The contract used for your currently selected carrier does not support additional services.” Cant you in the same way then deselect the checkbox, so that the error wont be displayed?

Hi,
I would like to hide the “Tracking & Tracing” headline on the thank you page. As the order just has been made, there is no tracking code yet. So its confusing for the user. Is there a way to hide this headline, when there is no information?

]]>On shipment creation DPD is chosen as default carrier but isn’t active at all in the plugin’s settings. It would be great if it wouldn’t show here because of human errors and for comfort.
Do you have any plans on respecting the settings here in the future?
