The content shown when clicking on the Shepherd menu is partly unreadable behind the Admin menu (even when made small). Loading the site takes very, very long. Any ideas?

Eager to try this plugin but after it installs without problem, we get this error message when trying to activate it:
“The plugin does not have a valid header.”
