We currently use ATUM for stock management but are looking to trail shelf planner, can I have both running without issues?
]]>Hey guys,
I was able to answer most of my questions based on the knowledge base but still have some questions left.
Using the manufacturing module, can I have this structure:
Product A consists of:
Product 1 + 2 + 3 + 4
Product B consists of:
Product 1 + 2 + 5 + 6
And so on.
The idea is that I’m using the same raw materials for different products.
Can Action logs tell me what my stock levels were at 31.12.2024 for example?
One of the most important ones is the ability to predict how much stock I should order based on previous data. I want to be able to write the lead time for each supplier and get an alert so we can order and avoid being out of stock based on the sales for the past X days and the lead time.
Since this is a bit niche, I’m fine with some custom build with our developer if needed.
Is there any option to add more stock once we have a shipment? Lets say I receive 5000 units of product X, just write somewhere in the system + 5000 of X instead of going and checking the available quantity and recalculating.
Can we have some type of average COGS? For example, if we have 10 balls for $10 and we receive 10 more balls for $5, can we get the average cost of the available balls to be $7.5? or FIFO/LIFO?
We have a custom status “wc-returned-orders” which we use when customer don’t take their orders from the carrier office (cash on delivery issue). Is it possible to adjust the available quantity automatically, once we get the goods delivered back to us? It will be great if this can happen by some rules since a part of the product we sell is customizable and we throw it away, the other part can be reused. This also might need some custom scripts, so wondering how flexible ATUM is for such stuff.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Shelfplanner. I just installed your plugin. in your FAQ you state that you have a multisite feature. How can I use this feature. I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
]]>downloaded yesterday and my store has been syncing for 24 hours and not complete and not seeing much data besides products and stock count. how long does this take? also I see it has also only grabbed the last 3 days worth of orders. my store has 500k + orders….also is there no private support system?
]]>He Guys,
Great to see the plugin improving all the time.
I know there is a graph on the home page (How you are doing) section that may cover this, but I’ve found that it doesn’t “sell” the value of the data…
If there was a section / stat / graph that specifically provided a projection of the sales / revenue / profit, should a business have 100% stock availability, that would be amazing. it would also make your subscription fees a no brainer ??
]]>Just downloaded this plugin to try out. Unfortunately it says: “You have now been using Inventory Management for 2 months and your free trial has ended. Upgrade to our premium extension on?WooCommerce marketplace.“.
I just downloaded this a few minutes ago, not two months. Something is wrong there.
Also, I cannot see any N4W, Ideal stock or Weeks to Stock Out numbers (all are zero). It DOES give the current stock and L4W numbers, though.
I cannot sort by any of the columns.
This could be a very interesting plugin but unfortunately it just does not work at the moment.
]]>Hi team! I am using this fantastic plugin; however, editing each item individually in the plugin’s interface is a time-consuming task and often prone to errors.
I’m looking for a more efficient way to import and export data from this plugin without having to do it manually for each item. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can achieve this?
]]>From the 1st of June, Inventory Management for WooCommerce is available in the WooCommerce Marketplace.
This free version will be available for the time being, but for any support, please visit the WooCommerce support portal.
New features, like the ABC analyses and Sales Forecast reports, will not be published in this version.
Thanks for running with Shelf Planner!

will this module have conflict with our bulk edit module called Bulky?
will this module have purchase invoice entry?

]]>Hello,
Our stock ordering work has become very complicated on Excel with lots of formulas. So I wish to use this plugin and I think it’s a very promising plugin.
There’s a question about forecasting.
I have looked at the analysis and it seems like for products that had steady sales, the forecast seems quite accurate.
But we sometimes order a new product in a small quantity to test market, say, 50 pieces. Then sometimes it’s sold out very quickly like in 5 days. When we do manual forecasting we would see this product having the potential to sell around 10 pieces per day or 300 per month.
I’m not sure how this plugin forecasts this product’s sales. I have a feeling that it counts as 50 sold per month or per year.
Because we have a high sales product that got sold out very quickly last year and this product’s stock got replenished just 2 weeks ago and it sold 170 pieces already. But the plugin’s dashboard says this product has 170 Sales L4W and 80 Forecast L4W which I think a bit far from the reality.
Beause 170 sales was in L2W and forecast should be at least 340 L4W.
I’m not expert this kind of algorhithm but I think maybe the forecast number should be calculated based on the number of days that a product was available.
What I mean is if a product was sold 50 in 5 days and it was only available for 5 days then the potential sales should be 10 per day or about 300 L4W not 50 L4W.
Or is there any configuration that I’m missing?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for the plugin, the concept looks promising as I believe many WooCommerce sites need a better stock management system.
It took about 12 hours for the plugin to analyze about 47000 orders. At first I didn’t know the order data were being transferred to https://apifc.shelfplanner.com/ via API. I think this should be communicated properly because I thought the analysis is done on-site.
However, after all orders were synced to the plugin’s site, there’s still nothing on the Stock Analyses menu. Do I need to do anything when the order analysis counter reaches 100%?
Thank you.

Hello,
* The store performance calculates the profit depending on the main currency, Which we are using the WooCommerce Multi-Currency plugin, the main currency is USD but all payments are with EGP now.
* Another problem I don’t know if it is related to our theme or if you did that on purpose, The design of the admin dashboard changes the font changed we are using a Flatsome theme.
* The store performance not working with Chrome on PC it’s showing an empty page but on my phone working fine (Updated Chrome to the latest version and cleared the cache it’s still empty but working with edge fine)
* Another thing not related to the issues, Can you add Digital content in the categories, We are selling digital products.
