Hello,
I see the plugin currently only generating poster correctly inside the edit post screen. If I bulk edit post, it still generate the poster but the background image is empty or black color, even I was choose select each post thumbnail for generating. Also it will be great if you provide the public function or rest-api endpoint for generate poster. I mean use only send the post id or the local image url, template id and the plugin do the work.
Thanks.
Tyler
I’m sorry… everything works but I can’t understand the difference between template and default poster.
If I set default poster everything is ok and when I share I see my poster, if I create the template instead how can I make it share? or is the template used to generate the default poster?
The sharing image plugin is awesome. In a future update it would be great to add a GIF to the Poster image format options so that an animated gif can be used for the poster image.
]]>Hi,
first of all, thanks for this great Plugin!
Working great so far in generating the images. But right now my Yoast Seo plugin doesn’t output the new generated image. It still uses the featured image.
Do I have to take care of this myself (using wpseo_opengraph_image
& wpseo_twitter_image
hooks) or is your plugin supposed to do this?
If the plugin will take care of this, it would also be great, to have the possibility to overwrite the generated image with something else via the seo settings. (If this is doable …)
Thanks!
]]>Is it possible to generate sharing images automated on post creation or to bulk generate sharing images?
Or would this be achievable by using hooks/filters?
Thanks for the awesome Plugin and Documentation, very beautifully made and executed!
